This was the strangest CFA that I've encountered. It was almost as though the people inside of the restaurant were invisible. There were people waiting to order, but they didn't say anything to us. They kept walking past us. Unfortunately, we expect a high level of service because that's all we are accustomed to. There was no, "Sorry, I'll be with you in a moment," but it was almost as though we had invisibility cloaks on.
Why did it take 20 minutes waiting in drive through for chicken? O ordered spicy deluxe and chicken straps? All you guys cook is chicken in the afternoon.

I love Chick-fil-a. I have never had to leave a bad review for them before. I usually stop by one in Tyler, Tx, but today, I was working in Palestine, so I stopped to get some nuggets for the drive home. 1st, I don't understand why you have 2 drive-thrus open when only one person is taking orders. 2nd, my food was dry and overcooked. The fries were good, but the chicken was almost burnt.
The entire staff must be mind controlled to either not read or ignore the words "No pickles" 3rd time they have put pickles on my sandwich. They will serve the pickle overlords no matter the cost.

Got a chicken sandwich the bread was kind of dry and crumbly like it had been frozen.
Parking: Parking lot on side tore up with potholes be careful you might fall in a big one.
