First time eating here. I've seen this food place while driving over the road but never stopped to try it. Today, a co worker took me here. The food is sooooo good. Better than Popeyes or churches. Their rolls are super fresh and taste perfect. The gravy is the best, so good I had to order a cup. The chicken was so good. And the sweet tea just made the meal that much better. I didn't expect for the food to taste this good. They had a soft spoken gentleman as the cashier and he was so sweet, thou hard to hear it, I was ok with leaning in to understand him. He always smiled and was kind and gentle, and I saw JESUS in his eyes. I will be eating at Chicken Express as I drive the states. Literally such good food. Very surprised how tasteful it all was.
