The meat on our sliders was burnt black and tough. The quesadillas were room temperature. The waitress was nice but very inattentive. We would have complained to management but for the fact that we had some invited guests with us. We eat at several different Chili's and always have good food and service. Not this one. Don't waste your time or money on this sub par Chili's

We had the Honey Chipotle and Nashville Hot chicken strips, and regular strips. The chicken strips were really good, but the Nashville Hot ones were not hot at all but they were good. Sliders, fries, queso, and Mac n cheese were all good. The ultimate Cajun pasta was real good. Service was not good, our server was nice but they were very slow bringing our drinks and taking our actual order. They brought the appetizer out quick but then we had to wait more than 15 minutes to have our actual order taken. Great Food but the atmosphere and wait was terrible.

I will not be using the app or online to order from them. Also had a issue with boneless wings. Ordered Buffalo medium and got Buffalo hot. My wife could not eat them. We will not be back. The order was a online to go.

It was good. I asked to separate the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks. They forgot, and the sauce was all over everything else. Other than that, it was great.
Walked in and couldn't even hear what the hostess said. We sat down and waited for 10 minutes without a waitress ever coming to our table. I asked the hostess and he just looked at me and said something to another employee. We love Chili's just NOT this one! Save your time and DON'T stop at this Chili's

We come to the Chili’s at least a few times every year we’re driving to East Texas for our kids summer camps and other trips to the Tyler and Palestine area. I always have good food and great people to help us.
