We’ve been here a couple of times. The food is great. Friendly service. It’s worth a stop if you’re in the area!!!

It took them a little while .. they were under staffed .. but the food was fabulous .. Mahi dishes were so good !! Yum!

We were here in Palestine after the Polar Express and Mama's looked good. It has a humble but neat outside and inside a quaint diner vibe. The food is primo. Most excellent. I had 6 shrimp, 6 oysters, onion rings, and hush puppies. My husband had fish and shrimp. Took half home so generous portions. Hand breaded too, including the onion rings. Thanks to our waiter Peter who was very efficient and polite.

Great food! The portions were awesome. Lots of food. The onion rings are home made and perfectly done. Fried fish and shrimp were delicious. Peter was our server and he was great. Even though we were there about an hour before closing, everything was fresh, even the iced tea. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We travel from Nacogdoches at least 2 or 3 times a month. Loce the owners. Try are so very friendly and nice people to talk to. Food is wonderful and a good amount. Just a wonderful place to enjoy some good food and company

We really enjoyed our meal. The restaurant is popular with locals. We both had catfish and shrimp with onion rings. The food was very good and we will return.

Stuffed flounder! This is best place to get it. Soon yummy and flavorful!! Great catfish , shrimp, cheese sticks, and homemade onion rings wich are the Best! This is definitely the go to place for seafood and more! There is nothing there that I've tried that wasn't the absolute best!!

5-24-25; 6:30 pm dined in and ordered fried pickles, three catfish plus six shrimps with onion rings and salad; six butterflied shrimp with onion rings and hush puppies; two catfish filets with fries and coleslaw; and a side order of hush puppies. Good food. Good service. Nice atmosphere. Glad we found this place.

We ordered takeout and ordered catfish, shrimp, coleslaw, hush puppies, and loaded baked potatoes. We would have taken pictures; but it smelled so good that we had to eat. Definitely a return visit is in order.

Had the two piece catfish, five fried shrimp & five fried oysters with coleslaw & onion rings. My friend had the combination fried rice. They both were delicious! Food was hot & fresh & the sweet tea was some of the best sweet tea I've ever had! Great place for seafood! 5 stars all the way!
