We waited 50 minutes for our food today. Floor in front of our table had someone's food on it. Waitress may have been new to the job? Management should do a better job training employees. Food was good just a frustrating experience.

ok I was really wanting to rate them a 0, but their turkey dinner is good! let me explain why the very very VERY low rating is deserved. in my opinion.
ok when u eat in, its a 50-50 shot whether your waiter will be back grabbing at the bar all the time, and fail to refill your soda or ask you if u want desert or need a to go box. you will prob have to do as I have done and go get him!? -bad!
then if you order to go, NEVER EVER just grab it and go, NOT EVER! let me tell you, I door dash sometimes, and we are not allowed to go thru bags, BUT starting yesterday our instructions only for this place, IS TO GO and look ourselves to see if gravy is there. are deserts there, cuz they ALWAYS leave something out, something that really is not ok to leave out. from my own personal experience, order a Caesar salad, and fail to check before I tip 5 bucks, and leave>>>> :( get home, oh yeah its in Elkhart, so way to far to go back, I actually have a box with a handful of lettuce, NO cheese, NO croutons, and no onion, just lettuce, and then a very small plastic thing HALF full of Caesar dressing??? no crackers, and NO< this is not a Caesar salad. so I call the manager-never got a return call. so I go to the website and leave a comment explaining what happened. IGNORED also. so I would NEVER EVER order to go, or door dash from cotton patch@
then as a dasher. ok so yesterday and order comes in at 2:45, says pick up by 2:55. so I get there. this order BTW is for one person, a cheeseburger with fries and a slice of cake.thats it! well, food comes to me at 3:15, so it took them 30 full minutes to make a cheeseburger, fries, and cut a slice of cake!!! then all I asked about this, well first person, we are only waiting on the cake, that was 11 min before I got the order, the next person blamed it on a new cook, the third person who stopped and asked me what was up, well she had a crappy attitude and said, well you can see how busy we are??? ok, so they don't give a rats behind about customers who order to go, NOT at all, same for customers who pay even more to have door dash deliver. then they don't care that they made a dasher sit and wait for 30 minutes! and lose money and also lose pts for getting orders out on time!
with dashing. a restaurant ca pause door dash if they are too busy to handle it. I know this for a fact, mazzios does it. and we appreciate it! but cotton patch wants your money. they do NOT care about anyone but themselves! a horrible place, and now you have point of view pretty much from all sources. fr me the food is not good enuff to spend my money where they take such crappy care of everyone! no way. and I called door dash to have them put on the cotton patch acct not to punish drivers for this kind of restaurant. to assume all orders will take 3 times the amount of time that they should!

We went to the cotton Patch in Palestine, at 1:57,we did not get waited on til 2:15,we order drinks and the food at the same time. Our waitress had 2 other table and had there ticket mess up, we sat the table without refills, no rolls till:3:00. We ask to see the manger, which did not show up, so I went to her, she said she would be right with us. We got our food our food at 3:20.final got our rolls after we were finished eating. I love eating at Cotton Patch, This was very upsetting to me. The waitress was horrible, the manager act like she didn't know what she was doing.
