So I just got a pizza delivered in 04-22-2024 and Isaiah was the delivery guy and he noticed that the sauces wasn't there ... He told me he would go get them and bring them to me... Which I wasnt to worried about the sauce but I thought was really cool if him .... And within 5 mins he had dropped off my sauces .... Which I appreciate and just wanted to give a shout out to Isaiah for doing that... And next Thursday (05-02-2024) I'll order another pizza and make sure to tip him really good .... And a side note the buffalo drizzle usually get was ACTUALLY a drizzle instead of a mini pond of buffalo ..... So all around amazing job !!!!

I stopped going to Dominoes about 3 years ago due to pizza not being up to standard. Decided to try again and the pizzas were wonderful. Nice and friendly staff. Very quick. I’m just happy that it’s back to the way Dominoes should be. I would recommend.
We ordered last minute which I figured would show in what we got, but we received a raw pizza. It was so doughy and the cheese wasn't even melted. We didn't realize till after eating a piece and me being 7 months pregnant it made me physically sick today. They need to be careful about what they give people cause food poison could be a big issue!

Teice i have ordered pizzas albeit pretty late but early enough to make the order. I get there right a closing and i sut there at the pick up window forb10 to 15 minutes. One time i had to call and tell them im put there. The ext time u try to call and they wont answer. I kniw they see me out there because i made eye contact with them. I usuallly tip them an extra $5 for being late but not those 2 times. I havent mentioned this till now because i wasnt going to but a couple if nights ago i went and there was still 20 minutes left before closing. They had the open sign off already but i had ordered on the app, like i always do snd it didn't say they were closed and the same thing. I made eye contact with both employees, nobody came to the window. I tried to call. Nobody would answer. I sat out there for 10 minutes before anybody cane to the window and my pizza wasnt very hot so i know it had been ready. B even the tracker says it was ready before i got there. The pizza is usually great but it has gotten inconsistent. Sometimes it's good sometimes it is way oversauced. Especially the barbeque chicken pizza. Its beginning to be a crapshoot when ordering from there. I like it better than pizza hut but im on the verge of switching my pizza restaurants.

I live an hour away from this Dominos Pizza, I drove to Palestine to pick up my oder,when I got there they said it would be 30 minutes. 40 minutes went by and the employee at the window comes out and says what's my name and goes back in side. Then returns and says it will be another 30 minutes. I just went inside and got my money back and drove another hour home empty handed with no pizza for me and my family. This was the worst experience I've ever had with Dominos Pizza
Super disappointed.. Ordered 4 pizzas for the family and man, this missed badly.. it tasted like a frozen pizza that was overcooked for 10 minutes. (Little to no sauce) I know my dominoes back home doesn't taste like that.
