This is not the best fruitcake. So disappointed. Don’t like the cinnamon taste. Would not order again.

Very disappointed in 3lb. Fruitcake. Tastes bland, soft mushy texture since most of the fruit and nuts are on the top. Additionally, rather than candied pineapple, there is a green candied fruit which would have kept me from ordering if I read it in the ingredient description. Expected more when pay about $75.00 with shipping.Only gave it one star because the shipping and delivery was exactly as promised.

World class customer service! My grandmother had fruitcakes ordered through Goodbelly and received one tin without a lid. She was upset and called and spoke to someone in customer service. She solely wanted a lid for the tin. Not only was the bakery extremely apologetic, but they sent and entirely new fruitcake. The cake itself is incredible, not too sweet and perfectly moist. 10/10 will be using them again and again.

Trying to find a fruitcake as good as Costco used to sell 4 yrs ago. Eilenberger's isn't close. Lots of fruit and nuts but the cake portion is a little too moist. Mostly taste nutmeg. Uses high fructose corn syrup in recipe, not real sugar. Tiny fruitcake for the price. Edit- slicing cake was almost impossible, very sticky.

Everyone in Palestine, and the surrounding area, knows about this place. I did not until recently. What a pleasant surprise to find such a historic and delicious bakery hidden in a town with at least 50 Mexican restaurants. Will become a regular stop as I transit Anderson County.
