A friend and I drove from Nacogdoches County yesterday, and stopped in for a late lunch. She got the special grilled cheese, and I got the blackened catfish with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus as my sides. She enjoyed her sandwich. My fish was tasty, However, the asparagus was stringy and inedible and I have never understood why places that have baked potatoes on the menu as a regular side would serve instant mashed potatoes. Plus, our lunch was accompanied by buzzing flies. Will I be back, nope, will I recommend, nope.
