I will say the food is exceptional. The wonderful lady who is in charge of the restaurant is very conscience of the satisfaction of each customer. I purchased a 3 meat to go container(2) for myself and my wife and the meals were very fulfilling. They offer many sides to complement each meal. I suggest ordering the Ranchero beans as they are very favorable. I purchased the 3 meat meal, which consisted of beef, sausage, and ribs. I got sausage which had japenlo. The service is very personable. They have a new item on the menu, loaded potato fries.. I recommend this restaurant for barbecue and friendly service. This place has all ones barbecue needs. Every time I'm in town I drop in to grab a few turkey sandwiches to take back with me in addition to having a lunch there. The turkey sandwich is extremely good! The bbq sauce is just the right amount of spicy and heat. It's definitely worth riding in from Dallas or Austin or Houston for lunch!Dietary restrictions: We have pigs and cows we've named so I haven't had pig or cow in years. I can't speak to those ingredients but I can opine about the turkey. It's tender and not dry, good flavor. Yummy!

Great meal! Did not disappoint. Peach cobbler is a must! Hubby said ribs were perfect! My brisket sandwich was fabulous!
I really feel bad giving them a 3 star review because it felt like a family run business that just opened. They were so nice and the place was very clean and tidy. We ordered the sliced beef baked potato with the meat on the side, the portion of meat was very small as you can see on the picture. Some how the potato itself just did not have much flavor. I couldn't put my finger on what was missing. The brisket was juicy and not dry but it could have used a little more rub in my opinion. But hey, this is Texas and everyone has their own preferences on BBQ and it is so competitive. They had a PBJ sandwich on the menu that looked interesting because it was Pork, Beef and jalapeño sausage. I will give them another try when I am back in the area. I really do wish them success. They were so nice, with great service.

I work in Palestine after a long week of driving I love coming ribs are fantastic my number 1 go brisket is out of this world I always ask for the fatty part of the brisket they aim to please ribs are so good smoky and tender my mom and my kids expect to get a slab or two every week you are instant hit with food and smoke whether you go inside or go through the drive through this is real Texas smoked meat Thank you for all you do and I'll be back every week or other week as alwaysMy job is always having food brought in please reach out to the walmart transportation department in Palestine to see if you can cater for the facilityKid-friendliness: Nice peopleDietary restrictions: Just get meat and your good meat is so good you don't need any sauce

I got the privilege to try out their beef ribs (aka Dino ribs) today and I would highly recommend it. Very moist and a great price. The only Dino ribs that I know of in the East Texas area. Brisket on a stick!!
