Me, My parents, sisters, and grandparents went for a quick nice breakfast, and we sit down, our grandparents who were there a little bit before us told us that a cook in the back kept getting yelled at for getting orders wrong. Then we get our waitress and as she is taking our order a short lady comes up and starts yelling her she needs to take another lady’s order as she is taking ours! And then we realize we are too crammed so we try to pull a table up and a very nice man helps us and cleans the extra table and his table. Come to find out, he doesn’t even work there! A customer is cleaning tables ! And then once we get our order the food is cold and there are biscuits, gravy, etc. missing from our order. We will not be coming back! This trip completely ruined our day.

I ordered from Huddle house on DoorDash 2 days in a row. Yesterday on 11/24 the order was perfect. Today it was not. On my 11/24 order I received 2 pieces of Texas toast and a full fruit cup for my side. Today i received one piece of bread and I am not kidding…4 pieces of fruit. One piece was a lemon. I know I ordered close to closing time but that’s no excuse to be lazy and send me a half a$$ order. It’s like they had 4 pieces of fruit left and were too lazy to get more. The omelette I received today was inferior as well. Very small in size. I couldn’t finish the food yesterday, now I’m still hungry. It’s confusing and disappointing how one day the food can be a 10/10 and the next a 2/10. Idk what dud they had in the kitchen tonight but I think it’s common sense to not send a side of fruit with 4 pieces to a customer. Very disappointed.

This place is disgusting! Every table was filthy they claimed to be short staffed, but I watched 3 people sit around doing nothing. The food is subpar and way overpriced. It's like an expensive waffle house rather disappointing. I will never go back to a huddle house!

Most of the time it's ok. You gotta get the right server. I will say the last time I went the server was bad, kept forgetting everything and my food was a bit burnt. But most of the time, if you get the right server and the right cook behind the grill, food is really good. You just gotta have patience. If they aren't understaffed with one server for everyone, they will have several servers but they all seem to be newbies. Hey but then again, it's Palestine. We take what we can get and we just have to deal with the mediocre customer service.

Our waitress was so friendly, the cook was great! Our waitress's name started with an M I think & she was really short lol I feel terrible I can't remember. We pulled up in a big truck tired, exhausted & starving. Our waitress was fantastic giving us the specials, food came quick but not fast food fast. It's not often you get servers as good as this sweet young lady.

Just had a great experience with our waitress Priscila. I'm somewhat a biscuit snob, and the biscuits here were fantastic, and my wife enjoyed her waffle eggs and bacon platter.
The food was great but it was the service from Priscila that made it an exceptional.
