If you have never tried authentic Thai coffee before, this is a must stop. Very cool owner and fresh donuts and pastries. Drive- thru and dinning tables inside. 20 oz cup of reg coffee $1.49. Heck yes!

The place is understaffed... need to have separate wait staff assigned to clear or tidy the tables other staff to take and delivery menu items ... you will soon lose your loyal customers ...

Always have good food ...understaffed... a cook and 1 waitress midday...waited 18 minutes for my food...table choices were limited...Cluttered with food from previous customers...Corporate needs to have at least 3 employees at all times...wondering if hourly pay is increased when restaurant is understaffed...Shame on you!

The food was decent, but was completely ruined by the staff. There was one waitress and nobody else there to help her except for another waitress who randomly would Disappear for 20 minutes at a time and pop back up for five minutes and disappear again we arrived at 11 o’clock and didn’t get a check until 1 o’clock. It took 40 minutes to get our food ordered and another 40 minutes to just get the check this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had at a restaurant in Palestine. I absolutely do not recommend coming here. You have better luck getting breakfast at the gas station.
I eas sent coupons in tge mail for Huddle House. I went to tge one in Palestine Texas. There was only 1 waitress working. The restaurant was full with people waiting to be waited on. My the table was filthy & sticky. We waited 15 min and never received water, menus or silverware. I felt sorry for the poor waitress. We left witout ordering. We will not go back. If you want business,you need to hire adequate help.

Waitress/hostess was very nice. However I ask for crisp hashbrowns, and the were far from it, the grits were runny, with so much butter it was ridiculous, and they completely forgot my bacon. Nit good today not good at all.
