We just left there! It’s Saturday night at 8:00 pm am the doors are locked!! Chairs inside are upside down on the tables! The drive thru was open, but we had a u haul trailer and needed to go inside to eat! Couldn’t believe it was closed on a Saturday night!!

Saddest excuse for Jack in the Box tacos I’ve ever had. As per the menu, their tacos should have lettuce and taco sauce. This location flat out refuses to make them according to the menu. I have asked repeatedly for them to make them with taco sauce and their response is to give me taco sauce packets. If I wanted sauce packets, I would ask for them. I eat these tacos on a regular basis all over Texas and this is the only location that refuses to make them like they are supposed to be made. Do better, Jack.

The breakfast sandwich I got is the reason for 2stars . Very little meat or cheese was between the croissant bread . It was cold .

girl at drive thru first waited to take my order like I wasn't even there! then she act like she couldn't hear me ( like see was pushing me to be rude back) mind you I work at fast food & know how to work a drive thru! she needs customer service training! then her manager or who ever consuelo is was we tried to tell her not to act like that! then trun around take up for her & say oh that's just the way she is! no ma'am I just spent 50 dollars & to only get treated like crap! I pay way to much for rude behavior! everybody short staffed, I don't have to deal with this bc I need to eat!

They were fast, and the girl at the window was very friendly — but that’s where the good ends. The burger was cold, dry, and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It tasted like it had been sitting there forever. I spent over $11 on a burger that wasn’t even close to fresh.
The fries were cold — not just lukewarm, but ice cold — and had a weird, styrofoam-like texture. Even the soda tasted off, like the machine hadn’t been cleaned in a while.
Definitely not worth the money. Won’t be back.

They always mess up orders and its never really fresh.....but i usually go when its kinda dark so that may be why...
They are out of tacos, every time I come here. How is Jack in the Box going to be out of tacos?.... It's 99% of the reason why anyone comes to a Jack in the box is for the tacos. Their burgers are okay, but not great their new chicken wrap is pretty good, but I come here for the tacos.... as well as most other people.... i forgot last time I came here. They also didn't have any ice so after I ordered my food, I had to eat it and wash it down with a warm soda....

Ordered a couple of meals that came with tacos, asked for some ranch for the meals,was told what other sauces they had, asked again if I could have some ranch, could tell by his look that he didn't have it or wanna give it to me, he told me yes then didn't give me any... if I can't have my food the way I want it then I don't want it. Hard pass next time

Found hair or fuzz on a freshly unwrapped Ultimate Cheeseburger, purchased the evening of Saturday 5/31/25 at the Palestine Jack In The Box. Tossed the burger. Definitely not returning to this establishment again or risking a replacement. Service was fast though.
