By far this is one of the best Mexican restaurants in the area. We eat there a least once a week. My favorite is the lite enchilada (1) with rice beans and smothered in queso.

First time here & not disappointed. Chips & salsa & sweet tea — best in Palestine! Had chicken chimichanga w/ verde sauce. So good, could not eat it all. Hubby had spinach enchiladas plus the shrimp ceviche / tilapia tostada. Delicious! Very busy at lunchtime & we can see why. Friendly staff. Will be back regularly!!
