Every time I come they always have to make chicken and it will be 20-3@ min wait. Also I called and was told I had to come up to put my order in. Then I order a sweet tea and gallon of sweet tea and you could tell there tea had not been change all day. It tasted like straight dirt. This KFC in Palestine Tx has been horrible for a long time.

Terrible experience everyone was nice but the chicken was over cooked, dry and hard. The biscuits were rocks the only thing slightly edible was the Mac n cheese a waste of money. I wouldn’t go if I was you.

Everytime we order on the app when we get there they never have what we order and they are never busy so I don't know how they are out of everything all the time....and the food quality is not that great even afterwards

Was excited to try the new nuggets today. Went to KFC and when my husband and I got out of the car we were told ( by the staff sitting in their car in the parking lot) that they were not open because they had no cook. No cook? I was under the impression that they all cooked KFC? Have been there a few other times. Once at 11:30am to get lunch for my husband. The doors were locked and they supposedly open at 10:30 am. I have worked in the food service industry for years and have never seen any restaurant this bad. I guess KFC is no longer a place we will be going to anymore. Sad really because its the managements fault that the staff is not held accountable.

Waited 20 plus minutes. Got home and the fry containers we maybe half full opened the wraps and the chicken wasn’t even enough for half the tortilla. Ended up paying 22$ for basically 6 three inch chicken strips

This is the worst thing I have ever seen pass for human food. It stinks, caused a blister in my mouth and is not edible. Things we wanted were "not available" and the substitutions again are not edible. We frequent KFC all over Texas but never here again, this place is disgusting.
Place was dead on a Friday evening around 5:30pm. Was told I would have to wait for chicken due to they just received a truck. And they were just now dropping chicken to fry. I had asked for crispy and was told the wait would be over 30 minutes. That original was dropped first. So I asked if wait for original would be less than 30 minutes. They responded yes. So I asked for original. 32 minutes later I was handed my order. With not even an apology. They chicken was hot juicy and quite flavor able.

No receipt given, no pickles on sandwich. I went back asked why no pickles, we don't have any. No compensation and cashier walked away. No one else in line. Waited too long for a half decent piece of chicken. Very disappointed

Why is the phone always busy? It doesn't matter what time of day it's always busy and I can't get through to complain. My food that my husband just ordered is so wrong, they gave me 3 little bitty chicken tenders instead of 4 they gave me 3 mashed potatoes and gravy that I didn't order and no biscuit and was charged 20.23

How does this trashy place stay open? You can never get food from there the people that work there look trashy. I have given this place several chances and every time they don't have food!!!!!!! Get new staff new managers. I mean if you see you only have 20 pieces of chicken put some down to cook

Understaffed, but even more of a reason to appreciate the quality of work. Wait time was very short, food tasted amazing, and staff was very sweet even though they were clearly under stress.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, and they have kids meals as well as baby chairs. As well as comfort for parents. You can bring your charger in and charge your phone because they have charging ports at every booth.
