We stopped in Greenville at their store there. Everything was very pricey but I decided to get a fruitcake. I was quite surprised that the small size was $62.00 but got it anyway. It was a disappointment. I have memories of delicious fruitcakes from my childhood but this didn't measure up. I will not be getting anything from them again.

We loved Mary of Puddin Hill when they were at Greenville, Tx. These taste nothing like the good ones we used to get and look nothing like them either. Below you can see what was sent compared to what is advertised. It has way more dates than the original recipe and are very dry. They are NOT worth the price they are asking. They may say the recipe did not change but they have or they sent us an old one. I wouldn’t know because there is no expiration date listed.

I had purchased Brownies for a friend's birthday in March 2021 . I recently had a visit from my friend and asked how she and her husband liked them. Her husband had a strange look on his face and nudged my friend he didn't want her to tell me that neither of them liked the brownies. They ended up just throwing them away. She and I have been friends for many years and I felt so bad I have never known her to ever turn down a brownie.

The delivery was awful.? My cookies where left in the snow. Then to open the box to find ... not the cookies my mom use to get every Christmas, these cookies where only half cooked. The centers where cookie dough. Fruit cake cookie flat dough, even trying to finish cooking didn't really help. And you never answered my complaint.? Then I found out the business was sold. I'll bet they changed the recipe & how the cookies are Made altogether.. you messed up a good thing. Somebody needs to check what goes out.

These are not good chocolates and my husband,obviously, did not look at yelp before he placed the order.Saved me from myself ! Threw out 2 boxes( well I did eat some of those not good chocolatesand am more upset about eating lousy chocolates than ordering them )

I strongly caution you to not order from this company for a holiday gift. I made that mistake in 2018; I ordered early, paid for a specific date of delivery and then the gift ARRIVED A WEEK AFTER CHRISTMAS. In the meantime they WOULD NOT communicate with me. After the delivery THEY NEVER RETURNED ANY EFFORTS TO REACH THEM. I reported them to the BBB and they never responded to them either. To add insult to injury the person who received the gift said that it was not nearly as good as those I had sent in previous years.

Horrible experience!Ordered 12/10/18 for guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Never arrived and tracking says only a label was created. I emailed them, messaged them on fb, and left 2 messages via their 800 number with no response. Finally called them directly at their Palestine tx location on 12/26. No apologies just said it runs late sometimes. She said she would "research it more" and call me back in 2 days. No callback and now tracking number says shipment cancelled. I had 4 people I was sending their product to.NEVER AGAIN!

both of my international orders never arrived, Mary of Puddinhill should inform the customer that the orders sent may or may not arrive. Very disappointed with their customer service, no refunds or policy changes mentioned or given but I wanted to put this feedback out there for other people who have loved ones in Germany or in England as these were the places I put an order to. Left a bad taste in customer service experience. Will be more careful next time sending Christmas Gifts. Mary of Puddinhill, you are an awesome baker, please stop your international sending so others don't also lose their money.
