We recently stayed at the Redlands hotel which has queen st grille inside. Both experiences weren’t great. We ate for an early dinner and both my husband and I got a pasta dish with chicken and our chicken was way undercooked and my husbands “sauce” was more of a soup. The next morning we took our kids to the Santa breakfast. It said they opened at 9am so we got there around 8:50. By 9:15 the doors were still locked with a line building of people waiting to get seated and let in. I called the hotel while waiting in line to let them know and by 9:20 you could see people inside setting the tables and opened the doors to let us in by 9:25. My son asked for orange juice and the waitress didn’t seem to know if they had any ( a little confusing to not know ) and when I asked her if we go to the buffet she said she wasn’t sure and it was only her 4th day. My 9 yr old son then found a hair in his orange juice which made him not want to eat anything afterwards. Then the buffet ran out of pancakes for over 15 minutes which was one of the few things my 5 year old would eat. The workers all seemed overwhelmed. Santa was awesome and that was about it. Overall poor experience and disappointing.

We enjoyed brunch today and my daughter Mackenzie loved the scavenger hunt and the toy soldier who convinced her that Santa gave her magic ✨. Such a beautifully decorated hotel and very welcoming environment and friendly staff!! Thank you!!!
Service was a great food was on point.

Updating my review. Buffet was not stocked, wasn't monitored and took a long time to restock. Service is usually mediocre at best and has went downhill. Seems like to many cost cutting measures in olace.

I miss the corn chowder, but it was not served at noontime. They have excellent food and service. Crab cake is a must try. Fried romaine the Appetizer, is just right! Fries and fish’s fries can go alone, even better than fried fish. Oh they do well in fried everything. Angel hair pasta and breads are great too! Don’t try their dessert, pudding and cheesecake are ones of the worst I had. 😂 Crème brûlée tastes old, served in a very small container. Too much cinnamon. And I will prefer AIDI’s New York cheese 🧀.

Charming historic spot in the lobby of an old restored hotel. Drinks, food and service we all a pleasant surprise. Great menu options were a plus as well.
