Very nice for dinner, thought the brisket was a little fatty, and the young lady waiting on tables,wrote what we where drinking on the cups and got the refills wrong.
Best smoked BBQ I've had in a good while. Just a small town place that knows how to do it right. They don't skimp on portions. Open 2 days a week but worth the wait. Homemade desserts too. We dined in but had to do take out too it was so good. Enjoyed it the next day. We were a group of 12 & everyone happy.
I had the 4 meat plate. Sliced brisket, pork ribs, ham and sausage. Very very good tasting brisket and ribs. Very moist and tender. Just the right amount of smoke. Sausage was very good but a little bland for my taste. Ham was good. Plenty of parking. Very friendly courteous staff. Great atmosphere, Dessert was delicious And the prices were a pleasant surprise. Wife and MIL had the catfish and shrimp. They loved those too. We will be back soon.

Great food, awesome servers and owners. You won’t leave hungry and you’ll be glad you came. Love the fried catfish, grilled catfish, grilled salmon and steak. Green beans, potato salad and fried okra are delicious! And if you’re still hungry, try the lemon icebox pie….
The best BBQ I had in Texas was truly exceptional. While it may be priced higher than some other restaurants such as Applebees, I found it to be comparable in value due to the nature of BBQ cuisine. Be sure to try corn on the Cobb. Just wish they had more days they were open besides Friday and Saturday.

Fantastic little spot for some fried catfish. Had the okra and fried corn on the cobb with it and it was all top notch. Seasoned perfectly and fried to perfection. Couldn’t ask for more. Haven’t had the bbq but my Grandad said it’s all very good.
