Scooter's in Palestine is my favorite location; every visit is a guaranteed mood booster! Tessa and her baristas are the best team around; their excellent customer service and positive vibes are a sunny spot in my day! My drink of choice for the mornings is a peanut power with extra peanut butter, mocha drizzle, and whip; they see me coming and make it to perfection every.single.time!

Worst experience of my life I hope the store owner Ted read this on how Manager Tessa runs her store. I ordered a medium cold brew asked to please serve with very light half and half. Unfortunately it wasn’t to my sister in law liking we turned backed into the drive thru and I asked if I can please have a little bit of cold brew on the side to balance the drink out or remake my drink which ever is easiest for the barista. Barista stated no remakes are allowed we made the drink correctly to our standards. I then proceeded to the window to get a further explanation on this. Ashley the barista said per our policy we cannot remake your drink or give you a refund our inventory is low but you can pay full price for another drink. (which one is it your inventory is low or your just lazy to remake a cold brew??) Ashley and this other barista with rainbow hair continued to laugh in our face saying why are you making a big deal on coffee I replied back stating I’m paying for this beverage it should be to my satisfaction too my standard of light half and half not to your standard . This entire thing could’ve been avoided if you just remade this. I asked for a manger and Ashley put Manager Tessa was on the phone. Tessa was enabling her employees on their behavior stating their correct no remakes or refund are allowed. Not until I made a bad review through the app name dropping manager Tessa and stating I have this full interaction on my dash cam, Tessa then called me an hour later to apologize and stating she will refund me after the fact knowing her boss Ted will see this.

This is a usual go to spot for me and My wife, today (11/28) she visited the Palestine location, she asked for a cold brew with a very light splash of cream and when she received the drink they had poured extra cream on the cold brew and she politely asked for it to be remade but the barista that refused to give her name ( bigger white younger lady with rainbow colored hair) started to laugh at my wife’s face and refused to remake the drink because she said “ it was made to her own standard” which makes no sense because she wasn’t the one paying for the drink or drinking it and the laughing was uncalled for and very unprofessional. In my opinion she needs to get retrained on her customer service skills or just find another job that doesn’t require her to work with customers.

The coffee is just right. I enjoy the Mocha Frap size medium, which is a good size. Not too sweet. Just right for my taste and decently priced. Friendly service. Not too crazy about the muffins. Overall, one of my fav places i. Palestine for coffee.

Well maybe it's a timing thing this place used to be super fantastic but it seemed like it it's jumped off a cliff fell off service is just ridiculous and slow I think if they put emphasis on training the individuals on making coffee I think this would be a super fantastic place but you don't know what hand is going to be dealt when you go there somehow they just get it wrong I don't know if it's a game or something but someone ought to be able to make a cafe mocha the right way
