Mastershake was melted when I got it. I ordered a chocolate oreo one, but was disappointed to find no oreo pieces. I also paid for a route 44 size beverage, but only received a medium drink. Will not be returning to this location.

So young girl takes my money and don't try to bring my change that was two dollars so I ask to talk to manager to tell her that I don't mind tipping but taking my change and thinking it just automatic tip is stealing. The manager said she would handle it. Well I don't know how manager handle it but when I go up there to get me and the wife's drinks and I get her has a carhop now she is really rude with attitude. If this how she acts after being talk to something needs to happen with this Carhop. Maybe learn some lessons from Carhop Austin cause he is so friendly and nice. Sonic let's get this fixed.

This place flat out sucked. The corn dog was cold, the kid running the place couldn't be bothered, and I only got one cheese sauce for two pretzels. Are you rationing them for the apocalypse? Why is it that every other Sonic in existence gives you a cheese sauce for every pretzel? Not even decent pretzels, either. Soggy undercooked pretzels. And how long does it take a corn dog to go cold out of that vat of hot ass oil? The jalapeno peppers were awesome, though. You pay for what you get; well here; I got shit. Not even hot shit. Old, cold shit.

I have never been to any Sonic in Tx that's like this one?. Horrible! Food was old, cold and burnt. You don't get any kind of condiments, or napkins in a take out order. We have been there 3 times, and the food was bad all three times. It is convenient because it's like 2 miles from our house. I will drive to the one on the loop, it's worth it , if I get better food and customer service.
