This is my 3rd time going to this location. First visit for Togo was fine. Second visit was also fine. This last visit tonight, was interesting. I ordered 2 double smash pretzel bacon burgers. I added pickles which one had no pickles and the other had just one slice. I ordered a coco berry cream drink which is a sprite and isn’t a slushy. I received a strawberries and cream slushy. Like I said, I ordered 2 combos, I only received 1 box of fries for the combos. It didn’t seem like she knew her menu either. I shouldn’t have had to of paid almost $30 for my order to be this wrong.

There never seems to be anyone working. I use the mobile app every time I order in advance, but still have to wait 10+ minutes for a DRINK while watching a worker sitting in there butt enjoying they’re drink and food. While the drive up customers get served first. Will be speaking to a manager!

yall did not make me wait 25 minutes to give me half a cherry and no marinara sauce. ive never had a fast food experience that infuriating, that is ridiculously embarrassing. yall were slow too, i was the first person of 3 to arrive.

Ordered real fruit rt44 slush cherry limeade . No fruit… no flavor , 4 cars that came after me with food orders all left before I got my terrible slush
So we ordered a couple of footlongs and my daughter ordered a double meat cheeseburger we had all of her sides but she did not have her hamburger and the footlongs had a little bit of chili very little cheese and just one as good as they used to be and maybe it's just cut back time I don't know My daughter did have to go back up there to get her hamburger though and that's just sad.

I'm a customer and also do deliveries for doordash. They send out some drinks and food products without being secured for delivery properly and all it would take would be like a medium-sized sticker. Then today they said they were out of large lids for soft drinks and we're trying to send out the drink with a dome that didn't provide for a straw and had a 3 or 4 in opening at the top. Management was okay with this and when I asked to upgrade them to the next size up with a lid that was normal they refused to do so until I have offered to pay the difference and even was going to say to pour the largest mountain into a route 44 and not send it out full. Definitely needs attention.
