For some reason when they are out of something they say they don't serve it anymore. And this time I went for some reason they had a bit of an attitude and spilt a hot drink on me it seemed pretty intentional since the lid was not attached

I do prefer the coffee from starbucks however the last few times I have gone my coffees are a little over half full and that’s frustrating considering your paying close $7 for a cup…..

This white male guy who took my order was just not friendly at all what I felt is he is just doing the job with no customer care . I felt he was rude … the order he just dropped on my table while walking . I did not like it at all.. Starbucks has a reputation of nice and welcoming people working …

My drink didn't taste like it should have my son's hot chocolate was only half full. I want be back i quit going for a long time bc it wasn't great b4 several times. so thought I would give it another chance. But now I'm completely done. There's other coffee spots in town that are good and cheaper and you actually get what you order.

Walked in with a smile and was ignored. I was told they were too busy to be polite. Coffee tasted like Palestine water. Employees were that kind of polite that people under duress show, like a frantic “everything is okay” with a blank stare that goes right over your head. Maybe they should union up and put themselves and the people first. Blink twice if you are being held captive folks!

No credit card station at the drive-through window? They had to take my credit card inside for several minutes, with the window closed. Did not feel secure at all.

I just went through the drive thru after placing an order on the app. Everything was fine from the gentlemen greeting me on the headset, but the lady who handed me my drink should smile. I greeted her with good morning and thank you, but she just stared at me awkwardly and didn't say anything.
