Walked in with a smile and was ignored. I was told they were too busy to be polite. Coffee tasted like Palestine water. Employees were that kind of polite that people under duress show, like a frantic “everything is okay” with a blank stare that goes right over your head. Maybe they should union up and put themselves and the people first. Blink twice if you are being held captive folks!

No credit card station at the drive-through window? They had to take my credit card inside for several minutes, with the window closed. Did not feel secure at all.

I just went through the drive thru after placing an order on the app. Everything was fine from the gentlemen greeting me on the headset, but the lady who handed me my drink should smile. I greeted her with good morning and thank you, but she just stared at me awkwardly and didn't say anything.

Jacob and Abby are the best! Our drinks are always spot on. Even on busy days they are positive and welcoming. I appreciate the suggestions of new drinks to try. We tried the fireworks flavor and it was great. You can tell they enjoy their job and make the place better. Thank you!

Came the other day got a coffee hd no espresso in it. I kept the receipt told the girl in the drive through about it she apologized said she would look at who was working that day and talk to them. Mind you this is the second time this has happened at this Starbucks. The first time the manager kindly fixed it and gave me a free one this time they charged me I'm not happy

I guess they where having tech issues today i get it things happen but after waisting customers time waiting for them to pull up to the window may tell them hey we unable to process cards today sorry something but no let's get aunt B to tell folks at the pu window nooo were not taking credit cards today smh

My mother and I each had stars to use for drinks. I was told that I could get an iced coffee, a hot tea, or a pastry. I opted for the iced coffee. It was plain black coffee on ice. Yuck. I was not given flavor options, nor cream nor sugar. My mom didn't even know what she ordered. She ended up with a plain hot black coffee. I could drink hers. I read posts from today that other Starbucks allowed customers to get the drink of choice. That's what I was led to believe. Starbucks managers, get with it. I think some of you are pocketing our promo cash. #Palestinetxstarbuckssucks

Like most Starbucks, this one stays clean and organized. The staff are all very nice and willing to help if you aren't sure what to get. Sometimes, I want to try something new and will ask an employee what flavor I want and let them decide the rest. I've not been let down when I ask someone to do that because a few of them have told me. They like to try different things and, a lot of times, have a favorite that isn't on the menu. Which is where I've gotten some of my new favorite drinks from. I would give them a 5 but for me I'm not a fan of the texture of a few of their food items but overall most of them are good.
