My mother and I each had stars to use for drinks. I was told that I could get an iced coffee, a hot tea, or a pastry. I opted for the iced coffee. It was plain black coffee on ice. Yuck. I was not given flavor options, nor cream nor sugar. My mom didn't even know what she ordered. She ended up with a plain hot black coffee. I could drink hers. I read posts from today that other Starbucks allowed customers to get the drink of choice. That's what I was led to believe. Starbucks managers, get with it. I think some of you are pocketing our promo cash. #Palestinetxstarbuckssucks

Like most Starbucks, this one stays clean and organized. The staff are all very nice and willing to help if you aren't sure what to get. Sometimes, I want to try something new and will ask an employee what flavor I want and let them decide the rest. I've not been let down when I ask someone to do that because a few of them have told me. They like to try different things and, a lot of times, have a favorite that isn't on the menu. Which is where I've gotten some of my new favorite drinks from. I would give them a 5 but for me I'm not a fan of the texture of a few of their food items but overall most of them are good.

Over priced coffee.

I went to order a tea, for my cold. The tea was very very hot and they didn’t use double cups like other Starbucks I’ve gone to, to get the same drink. At first I didn’t notice it was just one cup so as I took it out of my cup holder the lid popped open and spilled all over my hand. So then I had to wear ointment to prevent swelling. Later I called the store to let them know of what had happened and the person I spoke with didn’t even care. I just told her they need to be more careful that could’ve been a really bad burn to the skin.

This just happened and it was absolutely phenomenal. I forgot my card and. KELLY RAN ACROSS THE PARKING LOT TO GIVE IT TO ME AND SHE IS A TRUE BLESSING. THANK YOU SO MUCH.KELLY She was so sweet even at the drive-through complemented me, and then ran across the parking lot to make sure I got my card back absolutely amazing
My daughter works there and I love her whole team, they are so amazing. Keep the good work up ??

I went through the drive through to get waters for my toddlers and I because we were super hot and they invited us in just to sit down after we got our waters. My kids were so happy. They had some kids books, dominos and checkers. I hope they get more kid friendly toys there but I love how accepting they are

I ordered a tall Cookie Crumble coffee expecting coffee, instead I get a small cup with half an inch of coffee and nothing but Whipped Cream and Chocolate chips. What the hell is this.
