I just went through the drive thru after placing an order on the app. Everything was fine from the gentlemen greeting me on the headset, but the lady who handed me my drink should smile. I greeted her with good morning and thank you, but she just stared at me awkwardly and didn't say anything.
Jacob and Abby are the best! Our drinks are always spot on. Even on busy days they are positive and welcoming. I appreciate the suggestions of new drinks to try. We tried the fireworks flavor and it was great. You can tell they enjoy their job and make the place better. Thank you!
Like most Starbucks, this one stays clean and organized. The staff are all very nice and willing to help if you aren't sure what to get. Sometimes, I want to try something new and will ask an employee what flavor I want and let them decide the rest. I've not been let down when I ask someone to do that because a few of them have told me. They like to try different things and, a lot of times, have a favorite that isn't on the menu.
