What kinda of chain restaurant closes early then the posted time. What's the point of posting hours if you close down whenever the hell you want. And I understand closing down the lobby and just using the driveway. But no. They wouldn't even do that. We pulled up and was told "were closed". I won't be going back to this subway. Ridiculous.

I wish someone would teach them how much sauce to put on a sandwich! I had my husband to pick up a Mexicali sandwich for me from the West Oak location and it was literally drowned in the sauce that comes on it. It was so much I couldn’t even eat the sandwich. It would not make me so upset if this was the first time it happened. I normally request easy sauce so that I can eat the sandwich. You would need a straw if you asked for extra sauce.
I go to this Subway several times a month for lunch,the employees are always friendly and quick. This is the best subway in Palestine

I have bad luck with Subway and had sworn it off completely, but my husband convinced me to try it one more time. Ordered online because ordering in store is always hit or miss depending on staff.No cheese on either sandwich, one of which was a melt - half the point of a melt is the cheese! Also missing half the veggies from my husband's club.Way to prove me right, Subway. Don't know how this location stays open, except that people are desperate for food this side of town.

Servers rude & confused. No soap or toilet paper in women's restroom. When I told the peeps in front , nobody moved to tend to the problem. No one in there smiled or was friendly. Will never go there again. Service was terrible !!!!

There are counters stacked in the interior of the store. The store was understaffed and service was slow for lunch. The sandwich was good but not up to the standards of other stores I've visited.
