Depends on which time you go. If it’s during the day, service and food is generally good and prepped in a timely manner, even when the lunch hour hits, if you wait til the kids take over after school….its a bit different. As a whole, they’re on the verge of their 4th star.
We wanted to try the new chicken that just came out, so we went through the drive-thru. We placed our order and drove up to the window. The ladies working the drive-thru weren't really very friendly. Maybe they were having a bad night? The food, however, was mediocre at best. The new chicken in my soft taco was good. I would order the chicken again, but I think it would be better in the quesadilla. Our burritos were just pathetic...sad really. They were as flat as my soft taco! I know Taco Bell isn't a gourmet establishment, but what happened to quality control? We get the exact same burritos at the Taco Bell in Crockett and they are MUCH better. Made me mad that I wasted money at this location.

Well, I made the decision to go to Taco Bell in Palestine, Texas late at night while I was in town to see my parents! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious! Huge props to Jacob for his excellent customer service abilities!

Went through drive through placed an order and this location cashier was unable to process a TACO BELL gift card I was advised its not going through and if I have cash I had not brought another card, cash with me as I was not expecting the outcome. I asked if they can try and process again but there seems to have been an issue. I asked for a Manager and was sitting at the drive through for a long time I was then asked to move around and the manager will be with me I waited for about 25 minuted until I went inside and was asking for Manager on shift he was not so helpful I asked for the manage above him and he advised she was on Vacation then just trying to get into contact with some one at this store so they can check the terminal and or see what was going on the Lady Manager then told me that I probably I don't have No money on the card I told her I checked and there is funds on the card, I have used it prior and it was ok the card was even purchased at her location she didn't want to take accountability that she may have an issue with her terminal she then said there was No issue again not taking into accountability there was an error. It was over 1 hour trying to get things resolved and to get the corporate and or owners number so I can report this issue and experience. It was an AWFUL experience with the MANAGERS!

Table was not clean. That I can understand as I went after about an a half hour after the lunch rush and it is a popular hangout.My main beef (lol) was getting a Mexican pizza menu item and a small drink and the total being 8.89. 2 small tostadas, half the beef of say a McDonald's regular (small) hamburger, a very light sprinkle of lettuce, an even lighter sprinkle of cheese and some sauce.No wonder I quit frequenting the establishment when prices skyrocketed. Probably won't be back for quite some time.
