Went for breakfast. Sausage was burnt like crazy. Breakfast sandwiches and potatoes were cold. I think the food was old and they cooked on a dirty grill. Immediately upset my stomach. Went to bathroom and absolutely no toilet paper. I went in hungry and left irritated

Limited on what I could drink, soda machine was empty. Both of my hamburger patties were dried out and old n'cold. From being one of my favorite places to a place I will now avoid. The sign on the wall speaking of quality is just a joke now.
Night shift people are extremely weird. All the employees just stared at us non stop even after we sat down to eat. On top of that, when we were leaving and were saying goodbye to friends, the employees kept staring from inside. Not sure what their issue was.

Service was excellent. Didn't catch the young man at the counters name, but he was friendly and very kind and accommodating as we came in about 10 mins before the dining area was closing. Restaurant was clean also, and the manager (again didn't catch her name either) was friendly and Service was great!
Their restaurant was so nasty that the health department had to shut them down for a week so they could reach the bare minimum of cleanliness. The employees are a bunch of losers who don’t care. As a result the food is garbage wrapped in foil. Okay okay, maybe I’m pissed because they stopped selling their best item (bourbon burger) and promote a giant piece of cardboard (the baconator)in short Wendy’s in Palestine is a pathetic monument to the bottom of a capitalism toilet.
