This place sucks. It's something every time I come in. No ice, no soda, no carbonation in the soda, cash only, expired drinks in the drink refrigerator behind the counter, or they just don't tell you your food is ready. Wing stop please do better.

On line order placed. When i arrived they did not have it but the money was taken from my account. Had to call bank to cancel it. Only get 40 minutes for lunch. I placed order at register then when it was wrong she got mad at me and said she read it back. I told her it was wrong before I even paid. Just took what I got. My one and only time at wingstop

Good food always, but this is the second time I’ve ordered and they left food out. We live 30 minutes away, and it sucks to get all the way home and have a large part of your order not there. We tried calling as well and no one will answer for a refund. It would usually be no problem, but it’s a bit ridiculous.

The service was very good ! My wings were very good and had fresh fries. A few months ago I was very upset because they would never answer the phone, today they told me the phone weren’t working for months! But I enjoy this Wingstop very much !

Hey Rodney Norman please respond to me I’m very disappointed in Wingstop. I don’t know who Bryan Selden hired to run his Palestine Tx location but it’s a joke. I have been calling for hours trying to order food no answer are yall even open. Then there are times they close early or have the doors locked and it’s only 8pm thought yall stayed opened till midnight. I will not recommend anyone to ever eat at this location until we see changes and I hope it happens fast. Your company is losing out on money and it’s ridiculous.
