there too many young kids in there and it takes them a long time to cook it the hot wings always hard and burned and the fries has way too much sugar on them the food isn't good there

Consumer Safety and Civil Rights Concern

I am issuing this statement to document a serious and troubling experience involving the Wingstop location in Palestine, Texas.
My sister and I both became physically ill after consuming food from this establishment. She remained sick for two days. She contacted the location only to notify them of the incident for health and safety reasons she did not request a refund, compensation, or replacement food.
Instead of receiving concern or professionalism, she was met with dismissiveness, hostility, and inappropriate language. She was told explicitly that the establishment would not refund her money, would not remake food for “you people,” and was treated as though she was attempting to obtain something improperly which she was not.
I personally contacted the location afterward to explain the situation and de-escalate the matter. The same individual who identified herself as the owner or manager responded in an aggressive and disrespectful manner, speaking over me and instructing me to “be quiet and listen,” rather than addressing the health and civil rights concern being raised. The call was recorded.
I am a credentialed human rights defender with over eight years of experience in legal and advocacy work. I hold a Juris Doctor and a PhD in law, and I am currently a candidate for President of the United States in the 2028 election. I am stating this not to elevate myself, but to make clear that this matter is being documented carefully, responsibly, and with full awareness of its legal and civil rights implications.
This issue was never about money. It was about food safety, consumer protection, and the manner in which customers particularly customers of color are treated when raising legitimate concerns.
Due to the seriousness of both the health issue and the language used, this matter is now being reviewed with legal counsel and may be referred to appropriate regulatory and civil rights authorities.
Consumers have the right to safe food. They have the right to raise concerns without harassment, profiling, or hostility. And businesses have a responsibility to respond professionally when potential harm has occurred.
This statement is issued in the interest of public awareness, accountability, and the protection of others who may be placed at risk.

Don’t ever order delivery here and expect your wings to be correct yet alone half way decent. They’ll give you the most soggy, undercooked wings you’ve ever had. You could probably get better at a gas station. I ordered extra crispy dry rub and they sent mild sauce covered wings with cold chewy chicken skin. This has happened multiple times before. They also didn’t have a sauce (for chicken tenders) that I was able to select on the app and my door dash driver had to text me and ask what I wanted. (Grant it I ordered for delivery through the website not DoorDash) Which they didn’t even give…. Last time this happened, I actually went in to pick up my wings, checked them before I left and addressed the issue only for an older Hispanic lady to argue with me about them being soggy. Long story short… worst wing stop I’ve ever been to. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND unless you want to micro manage the quality of your food and be prepared to go to bat about it.

They serve great food all night which after a long day of work is something I love. Most of the employees speak Spanish and is so good to see youngbloods speaking Spanish 😎😎

Regardless they are always so nice to me and my family! Food is always fresh and fries are always good! One time I was late to pick up and they made me fresh fries!

I love coming here with the kids at night their food is always quick! And the lobby area stays very clean at night when it’s too late to eat at a restaurant especially after busy nights going to the kids games! Me and my husband have had no problem with the staff they are always friendly! Sometimes more than other restaurants in this town …… 🤣🤣 anywaysss such a good spot and so good !

As I walked in, I was immediately greeted with the most kindest, respectful people ever. They immediately took my order and it was done in a timely and accurate order. I really enjoyed the food and the service. The restaurant is truly clean and I would come back. not only was the food super flavorful, but it was also crisp and very yummy 10 out of 10.

I've never been inside so thats why I'm giving 1 star only.......the voodoo fries are all I've ever had and THEY ARE SOOOOO GOOD! Must TRY THEM! OMG you will not be disappointed!

We got the Monday 20 boneless wing special one week and went back tonight to get them and was told I could only get them online. Last week I walked in and placed my order and got them 15 minutes later. She said it was her manager that made her do this. Hum either way they lost $$$ I went somewhere else. In this day and age $$$ is $$$ and you would think they would want your business. I guess they have enough business so I won't be back!
