Love the environment and customer service is always top tier, great place to take my kids after school for a frozen treat. Secondly, I recommend trying this place for yourself and not trusting the negative reviews, you know how valley people are always bringing down others being keyboard warriors. “They have horrible service, I don't know why people go to work with that that horrible additude. The worse part is them taking advantage of the kids that are keeping their business open. I've tried to reach out to a manager or someone in charge but I guess no one cares about this business!“

“Very nice people & they don't expect tip instead my whole balance was $35 & I only had $34 cash I was about to search for a dollar in change & the lady gladly told me to just let it go I'm from Alamo but whenever I'm in Alton I'm definitely stopping by“
