Tonight was awful. I called the order at 5:08 -- Family order of chicken with fries and fried pickles. They said to give the 6 minutes. Got there at 5:15. A couple of cars in front of me. To be expected. Get to the window at 5:25. Tried to give me the wrong order (snack pack). Then had me pull around to the front. FINALLY got my order at 5:42!! 36 minutes!!! And then when I got home, NO FRIES. UNACCEPTABLE Pampa chicken express. DO BETTER!
I’m not a fan of Chicken Express, just my personal opinion. But, my family loves it! Tonight, I decided to give it another try. My tenders were all pink inside! Didn’t realize it until both of my kids had eaten theirs. Do not recommend! Will not go back! You guys are going to make people sick. 🤢
