I had an excellent experience at this hookah lounge/restaurant with my whole family! The atmosphere is welcoming, the place is clean and comfortable, and they offer a great selection of hookah flavors, fresh food, and drinks. Everything we ordered was top quality and arrived quickly.
A huge shoutout to our server Sal — he was fantastic! Sal ran fast, stayed on top of everything, and prepared every item perfectly: the hookah was smooth and well-set, the food was delicious and hot, the water and drinks kept coming, and he handled our large group with ease. He was so friendly and attentive that the entire family loved him and felt completely taken care of. Sal really made our visit special and turned a good night into a great one. THANKS

Hands down the best spot for hookah in Arlington! The vibe here is incredible ,so welcoming and energetic. During FIFA watch party the energy was electric. The hookah was smooth and perfectly prepared, and the food was delicious and fresh. You can tell the staff really cares about their guests. everyone was so friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a place with great atmosphere, amazing service, and a fun crowd, this is it. Highly recommend!

I come here often and everyone is always so friendly and helpful! Hookah is great and service is great! Izraa is amazing! Always has my hookah ready as soon as I walk through the door and always checks to make sure I don’t need anything. Highly recommend!!

Very disappointing experience. We ordered two premium hookahs, one tea, two bottles of water, and one smoothie. We waited more than 45 minutes for the hookahs, tea, and smoothie, and somehow it took over 30 minutes just to receive two bottles of water.

To make matters worse, the receipt showed a $65.63 subtotal, which does not match the prices listed on the menu for what we ordered. When calculated using the posted prices, the total should have been noticeably lower. The receipt was also not itemized, so there was no clear explanation for the extra charge.

Slow service is one thing, but waiting that long for basic items and then receiving a questionable total made the experience even more frustrating. Customers should not have to chase down water, wait nearly an hour for hookah and drinks, and then wonder whether they were overcharged. Management needs to improve both the service and billing transparency.

Absolutely amazing! Shatila catered a wedding I attended, and the food was easily one of the highlights of the night. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Guests couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it was. The best Lebanese food I’ve ever had—I highly recommend! :)
