I went yesterday and I wanted to get my food and order my meal and I didn’t know that we couldn’t do PDA and this men that was a employee treated me bad and my family he called us dirty nasty and he said we need to go home and do it at home and that’s very disrespectful to people and that’s why you are cooking in the back not at the front
Never had a problem going here until and employee makes unnecessary comments

I went through drive through 2-21-2025 ordered a J.r hamburger and fries. The hamburger barely had mayo on it and basically dry except the soggy bun from the tomato. The fries weren't cold, but they were not hot. and greasy. I got into them before I was off the parking lot. What happened to yalls quality?
