Place an order for a future time and we arrived early. Advised the guy behind the counter and since it was for 20 minutes later it wasn’t on their board. Showed him my order on my phone. Manager came out and said they would have my order out asap. They were having ice machine problems so water was everywhere, but they were dealing with it. The egg rolls were delicious. Cooked to perfection.
It was okay but you know the thing about it is it's Jack in the box so when you order a number four and I give you a number one you really can't really say anything about it because I mean that's what they commonly do is mistake the orders so if you want a good surprise meal go eat it Jack in the box
Great ultimate cheese burger and fries. Service was fast, friendly, and helpful. Dining room music was awful, made me want to get out of there as fast as I could. Women's restroom door lock was non functional. Don't like to use my phone to get a self serve coke. Buttons were hard to read on the machine itself. Clean dining room.
