The food is really good, but the service is not. I wish I could claim this as my favorite restaurant, but I'm usually too frustrated to enjoy the meal. They have forgotten to turn in one of our orders twice. They're slow to take orders and give your bill. If you have the patience, the food is tasty. The steak hibachi and Buddha bowl are really good.
Really love this place. The fried rice and the tenp on the meat is always consistently seasoned and cooked.😍
I think they opened a few months ago and we’ve already ate here like 10 times at least.
Personally, I love the sushi. I recommend the Kaisen roll and the volcano. Roll has to be my top two favorites for sure.

My wife and I stopped in last night and had a fantastic meal. We had the White Tuna Sashimi, Volcano Roll, the Yellow Tail Ceviche and the Zen Roll. Everything was fresh and portioned well, and the sweet tea was on point. We'll definitely be coming back.

Kaizen Japanese Cuisine - Hibachi & Sushi offers a delightful dining experience with a focus on fresh seafood, flavorful hibachi, and quality sushi. Guests often praise the large and tasty sushi, which is considered better and more affordable than many places in town. The sushi, including the California roll, is described as a level above others, with the fish being fresh and the portions generous. The hibachi dishes, such as chicken hibachi with fried rice and combo chicken and shrimp with fried rice, are cooked piping hot and taste delicious, with vegetables and meats cooked correctly to order. Appetizers like edamame, soup, and salad receive positive remarks for their good flavor. The Geisha Poke Bowl and snapper ceviche are also highlighted as outstanding choices. Service is friendly, attentive, and charismatic, enhancing the overall experience. The atmosphere combines a contemporary exterior with a cozy interior. While the restaurant is not large and may require calling ahead for bigger parties, guests find the food well worth the price, usually around $30-35 per person. Overall, Kaizen delivers great food with a welcoming vibe, making it a top spot for sushi and hibachi in the area.
