Food is always pretty good. Service is alright. Prices are reasonable. I do hate they only give you one napkin even when you ask for more.š

Ok, so we had a horrible experience in November. Alex the manager contacted me and asked us to give them another chance to rectify the situation. We went back and let me tell you the experience was amazing! Alex made sure we were taken care of and our waitress Christine was very attentive and polite. Our drinks never ran dry and she was very pleasant. The food was good , which we have never had an issue with the food here, we love it. I have to say that we will be back to this location. I truly appreciate Alex for reaching out and making this experience 10000% better than our last. This type of customer service will keep us customers for life.

The bourbon shrimp and chicken are not on the two for 35 and now are on regular menu for 20 . Good entree but for 20 no salad and honestly not much food. Itās not a good value and Applebees needs to enhance add a salad and perhaps another side for the price. Not going back there.

Where to start?! First, upon entering the staff seated us quickly. No complaints. Drink order, food order, was rather quick. However, waitress was very inattentive and did not check on us but, once and never refilled our drinks. Only time she was attentive was when she brought our check. Big table or not, it was 11PM and dead, I'm not mean. I still tipped. Food was HORRIBLE and GROSS. I won't eat here again!

Let me start off by saying this is my First time trying Applebees. I decided to take my mother for her birthday as we had been wanting to try something different. My goodness I regret it so bad !!!!! Donāt know where to startā¦.. so much going on lol. I seen a comment about the parking lot being empty around lunchtime, so should have known something was up Couldnāt agree more.. Place definitely needs some money put on to the outside. Close up you can see looks kinda rundown .We were āgreetedā by Hispanic girl look like she didnāt wanna be there. Our waiter was OK took a while to come to the table and take our drink order. The whole establishment probably had about five tables with customers. So not sure why it took him so long He only had 2 tables. So since I had to go to the restroom, I decided just to go ahead and go to the restroom. Restroom was filthy and three stalls Which one of the stalls had no door. You can tell nobody checks on it. This place is also hot inside guess AC is broke down or they donāt turn it on. The two for 25 deal is a SCAM first of all very limited options and the decent option you had to add like six or eight dollars more. Food is very bland and my momās āSteakā was more like a piece of chuck steak meat lol. I got the ribs they were okay. We both got the side of mashed potatoes, which those were good. Our appetizer the mozzarella sticks Were pretty good also. My sisterās wings she said they were OK. My opinion this place is horrible food is not worth it either . Bill came out to $70 dollars. It was my first and last time there. Much better places to spend your hard earned money. Do not recommend at all especially not a nice place to take someone on a special occasion. First impression is always important and this place was. Total disappointment.

Haven't been here in years cause of the service, decided to give it another shot, 5pm on Sunday maybe 5 tables max service horrible servers give us the side eye for even coming in not even a greeting 20 mins to get our apps. Sat us next a super loud as table when the place is empty makes no sense

Was originally creeped out because of the outside, it was one of these that didn't get the branding memo, super bright lighting and the building was White. A White Applebee's?
However, once inside we had incredibly friendly service. We were seated by a very friendly woman. I cannot remember her name but very sweet, she gave us the corner booth and we had 4 people. So needless to say it was amazing to have so much room!
Our server was Atley She checked on us regularly, she was very quick with service. It was all phenomenal. It's an Applebees so I didn't expect much. However, the 1/2 price apps are always a good time. Then the drink menu they have these Adult Root Bear Floats - kind of a Root beer and coffee mixed flavor, it was really good!
I just can't say enough good things about our server!

I haven't been to this location in 5 yrs . I went the other night to see if it got better . It was only worse than before the food came out cold even their spinach dip was cold my husband steak almost hit the floor it as so hard to cut my sons meal just sat there after two bites and yes water was dripping from the ac vents on to our food the waitress acted like it bothered her to ask more more tea . This place needs to be turned into the health department no doubt even their carpet smelled awful when you walked in never again
