DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. We placed an order online for an ice cream cake with two weeks in advance to not take the chance of the cake not being ready on time. However, this place decided to do the cake that early from the date planned, freeze the cake, then give us an OLD cake. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE, 100% not recommended. Try a different location.

Where do I start? We haven't been to BR in a few years, and probably should have not come to this location. Only 11 flavors, several that were mislabeled. Dirty floor. Holes in the seats of the booth. Sticky ice cream dried on seats. Very unkept! Floors probably haven't haven't been mopped in months. Dirty windows & window seals. Gracious employee though. AC works.

Horrible customer service from employees. My daughter and I arrived at 8:45pm for ice cream and doors were locked and employees ignored us at the door. I knocked and they yelled and said to go to the drive thru.
