I got here at 7:30, and I have been waiting here for over 30 minutes. I was asking if anyone was here, but no one responded. Soon there was couple lookalike, so I had to report this.

Horrible customer service from employees. My daughter and I arrived at 8:45pm for ice cream and doors were locked and employees ignored us at the door. I knocked and they yelled and said to go to the drive thru.

Hardly any ice cream to choose from, drinks didn't have any flavor. Tables and floors were sticky and dirty. Workers seemed like they didn't want to be there.

Nice place to stop for an early evening treat. Staff was quick. Fair price.
It said they close at 9pm but we got there at 7:30 and they are closed. The doors are locked and we saw one employee who ran to the back. We waited for someone to come to the front but no one did. Did they ran out of ice cream early?

This place is always closed everytime we go.. drove by one time at 8:30 pm closed.. and another time at 8pm and still closed...you should really update closing hours since you clearly close well before 9.

The close before 9. They refused to attend us despite us being there before the official closing time. It was still like 30-20 mins before 9 pm.

There was this cashier named SEAN— he was so rude. I was just asking if someone could help me coz I’ve been waiting for quite some time and he told me “we’re busy” in a rude manner. And left. He needs to learn more about his manners
