The food here is amazing so we usually order it for pick-up, but decided to dine-in this evening. Waiter took a long time to take our order, and never came back to check on our drinks/alcohol or to check on how our food was. I ended up having to flag down a busser to get us a to-go box. He was very helpful. Luckily we can pay from the tablet so we didn't need to wait even longer. The ladies in the front were amazing. Unfortunately, our waiter never came back to check on us, ruining the experience. I'll stick to ordering the food to go. Wouldn't have tipped at all, but my spouse was paying.

If you haven't eaten here yet, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR!? EVERYTHING we have ever gotten (since they've opened) is SP GOOD! If there was ANYTHING I'd change, it's the dessert menu. We don't usually get the dessert cause there isn't much to choose from. BUT... we are so full after all the delicious food that we don't even NEED a dessert! The SIGNATURE ribeye is sooooooo good!!! The Salmon is DELICIOUS!!! Thier burgers, pizza, nachos, shotgun shrimp, and sooooo much more is worth it!! SO GOOD!!

Went here twice within the last two weeks. It's not as good as it was a few years ago. Tater tots were cold. We were brought another batch and it was cold too. The burger was ok. The last time we went the pizza wasn't that great they hardly put enough pepperoni & barely any sausage. The fried pickles were good.

I am not one to complain however the last 3 times I have placed a curbside order, I have had nothing but problems with the woman answering the phone who can NEVER hear anything and I have to repeat each thing I say at least 4 times for her to get it right. We ordered the shotgun shrimp with extra sauce the last 2 times and both times got hardly any sauce. Tonight, same issue however I also ordered the layered cheese fries as a meal and it looked as if I got leftover fries as there was a few fries that had cheese and slight bacon on them. I am EXTREMELY disappointed.

I asked if they offered discount for AARP members and our waiter said they don't offer discounts. I researched this on the web and it said all bubbas restaurants offer the discounts. Confused and disappointed why they didn't offer. False advertising

I love to come here and just relax and have dinner. It's also my after surgery dinner place. On a serious note. Food is always good. Staff is great. Today I wanted to sit kinda isolated and she opened a table so I could. She didn't have to but she did. This place is my favorite by far.
