Brian was running around tending 27 people by himself. With that load, he still was courteous and handled the crowd. He was prompt on taking orders and providing drinks. I've seen 3 people that couldn't do such. I hope you pay that man what he's worth because someone will notice and take him. The only bad part of my experience was the wings were just warm, the fries were hot. That means he wasn't slacking on getting my order. The kitchen gave warm wings with fresh hot fries.

My experience was terrible because of the waitress with a bald fade who was extra rude to me and my family for Veterans Day all because she was saying she had a lot of tables and we didn’t know what they had to offer for that day on the evening at around 4pm. It was sad for my daughter who was 7 years old because I was using my benefits for her and my husband was using his benefits for his Mental disabled mother and this is the kind of service we get for asking questions and trying to see our options. Not only that she didn’t even put the order in the whole time while we was waiting so we ended up leaving going to the next location that had offer a meal for our family. This is sad because we serve our time of 8years in service to get treated like this when we retired. Like what was the point in all that when we have shown nothing but kindness and patience. Really made it a horrible experience for us on Veterans Day especially when it’s 1 time in a whole year where we can get treated for an appreciation in serving our country. I hope she understands that in life is not all about building your money but understanding that some people had went to hard times to just enjoy 1 day of a year to appreciate life.

Automatic 20% “gratuity” for a party of 6 is a joke. But I guess it’s the only way to get people to tip when you have to wait 30 min just to talk to a server and order drinks. Server acted like we were an inconvenience. 1 star

Saturday, Astros Game Day.... one person working the whole bar area!?!? Sat for 10 minutes....aaannnndddd no service. Again, (1) person working the bar area. The WHOLE area. Welp. Left and went to Pluckers.

Our server Britt was super amazing and helpful with ongoing promotions along with being super attentive to us even though she had plenty of tables to care for. She made sure our oder was correct, tasting great , and keps our drinks full! Service like this makes this location i return to by a long shot!
