Fairmont high price....burger no meal almost 11$ when you can get a large meal for 11.59 plus taxes 😂 probably come out to the same as a burger by itself from this location what a damn joke. 15.07 for a large Texas whopper meal from this location you got to be kidding 11.59 at another location go elsewhere and save your $

i went to get my meal the other day and the bun to my burger was rock hard. when i went inside to get a new burger the manager seemed over it and didn’t apologize. then she took her bare hands and put new buns in the warmer and took them out using her bare hands. after which, she scratched her head using those same hands, absolutely disgusting.

Took me 15 minutes just to be acknowledged standing at the counter waiting patiently and politely. Not a soul in the store customer wise and 1 car in drive through. Every employee looked me right in the eye INCLUDING THE MANAGER and not one of them even acknowledged me. Good thing I was just picking up a doordash for someone else. Im not one to complain EVER but this just rubbed me the wrong way!

Anytime I’ve ever ate here and I’m only 3 miles away as soon as I get my food, I wrap the sack closed. I’ll come straight home and when I get ready to eat, the cheese is not even melted. It’s very cold hamburger I would not recommend this restaurant.
