Wow! The food was hot! Service was above-notch! They got the order right the first time! I know some people think that that is not anything to talk about, but i only said my order once, and they did everything correctly right down to no ice in one drink. Great job!

I went through the drive and ordered 8 nuggets for $2.99 and the 2 whopper meals for $14.49. Coupon 2620 and received all cold food. Nuggets were dry and hard. Burger King 0459. They did replace one burger and both fries. I ate half the nuggets and my sick wife said she put 4 nuggets wrapped with the cold burger, but the lady said that there was nothing in there with the burger. My wife is picky and I saw her take a bite of a nugget and drop it down on the wrapper. We split the nuggets so asked if we could get half the order of nuggets but the lady said she couldn’t get it for us.

My biggest pet peeve is don’t offer something and then not deliver on it. I don’t care for fast food breakfast, so it made me happy to see they had three options off the lunch menu marked as all day. But then when I tried to order one they tell me it doesn’t start until 10:30……..then why does it say all day? I also frequently pick up food for my husband from here and he complains that items are missing from his order or if asks for something like no onions there will still be onions on the burger.

Very bad service no respect for customer's. I asked for comb#1. she ask which is ? I repeated 3 times. What is she doing as a cashier. Burger King are you in that bad of need ..this is very bad for business. I hope she didn't do nothing to my food. If something goes wrong BURGER KING here I come with my attorney

It was very busy which is understandable but what was unpleasant was the way some of the staff handled the pressure of being busy... a couple of the staff were rude and acted like the customers were a huge bother and inconvenience to them. The food was actually good but the atmosphere was chaotic and the service was definitely not with a smile but more like a scowl

I placed an order online for pick up in-store, I was shorted one burger, and when I tried calling multiple times the phone was never answered. I understand that it is busy, but eating out is a service we pay for, so I fail to understand how any order can be overlooked and just skimmed to to give a customer their full complete order. Keep in mind we have a family of 5 so one of us did not get to eat.
Waited over 15 minutes for 2 $5 bundle meals and still got my order wrong. Paid extra for onion rings, no rings in the bag. Asked for no ketcup on one of the burgers and got ketchup. Overall, I'm not going back to this location.

Place has gotten slower and all these kids do is goof around with each other inside poor management and they make you wait on the other side to bring it to you and it wasn't even busy

On October 13 around 9:30 PM I came here to get the Wednesday Adams meal combo and was told that there would be no shakes because they turned off the machine, even though it was still business hours. The employees proceeded to laugh and play as I was ordering, which is very unprofessional. This is one of the reasons why I stopped coming to Burger King along time ago and why I won’t even consider coming back. If you don’t like your job look for another job, customers should not have to pay consequences for employees laziness. Burger King, you have to do better.
