Captain Ceviche (Food Truck)

The ceviche is incredible here. Came based on Google reviews and it did not disappoint. The service was friendly and the michelada fish ceviche was the best I've ever had! Highly highly recommend.

If I go to restaurant and they have a Lobster Roll on the menu, I order. The first time I came here, I had the 6 oz Lobster Grilled cheese, excellent choice. When I came today I ordered the 6 oz Lobster Roll and I can honestly say, it is the best ive ever had. Flavor, texture and portion....PERFECT!!! Next time, im going to try the the Lobster Tacos.

Y’all their food makes me wanna slap a momma. We have been wanting to try them for some time now (past 2 years…yes I know that is a long time). Today was the day. We got the fried shrimp platter, chicken strips, fries and Aqua Sandia. Let me tell you I am in heaven. Everything is soooo good. I am kicking myself for not going sooner. The guys there are oh so friendly. The prices are amazing. I will be ordering from them very often. Great job Captain Ceviche. Your food is amazing!!!. 👏👏👏

This place is extremely clean, customer service is top tier. Owner heard it was our first time and upgraded our bowl size! Not to mention the ceviche is extremely flavorful and delicious. We also tried the original and Mango michelada and it exceeded our expectations. We will most definitely be coming back! 🤩

Came here for lunch where there’s a deal on shrimp ceviche. I got the aguachile verde one and I can say it’s some of the worst ceviche I’ve had. Tasted almost like rubbing alcohol
Keep in mind: they also sneak a $2 add-on with asking “which chips?”

I had his shrimp Cerviche for the first time last week! Absolutely delicious! It was arranged so nicely also! I want his gumbo!!

Tell everybody to come eat here! It’s so good! Red Fish Ceviche and a lobster roll. Lucky if I make it to my car before I eat it lol

I had the Lobster Roll (DELICIOUS!!!!) and the shrimp ceviche. The flavors of it all were so tasty! It was refreshing especially after our run in the heat. This is a gem inside the Valero. Don't sleep on this food!
