The people were great, atmosphere was pretty quiet but with great music but I would only go back if I was guaranteed the food would have a LOT more seasoning 😅

Casa Olé is to Houstonians from the 90’s-00’s what Casa Bonita is to Eric Cartman from South Park. It is a Tex-Mex treasure that either Houston or the creators didn’t cherish it enough when they had the chance. You will NEVER find better cheese enchiladas or green sauce that is guaranteed, and although to some this could be argued, but to me it’s undebatable.
Sadly, these beloved chains have been closing down one by one to much chagrin and lament from me each time it happens.
I used to go to the now closed Stafford location from a literal child of 7 years old, and before that the Sharpstown location. And although going as a kid can slant your opinion to one side with the familiarity and nostalgia factor, one could argue if it wasn’t that good I wouldn’t care, and I most certainly care what happens to this business.
The Pasadena location is clean, the service is friendly & quick while the prices are excellent.
This particular restaurant does everything to the tee and I recommend this location and the Pearland location depending on where you are coming from in the metropolitan area. Smaller towns appreciate Casa Olé and they take pride in doing things top tier.
It’s great for a night out to have some margaritas with friends & family, (look into the cheap Rita nights that vary by location) birthdays as they will give you a free dessert and sing the traditional song to ya, or just a regular night out. It’s decorated like an Americanized idea of a Tijuana hotspot, they have TVs for sports or other programs, and vending machines with some small trinkets for the kids.
If you like Tex-Mex and you aren’t a regular to Casa Olé from time to time you don’t know what you’re missing. Try it tonight if you’re looking for a place, and keep giving them your business so we don’t lose the only two locations on this side of Houston. They did nothing wrong and we will be worse for wear without them.

Still good, just not as great as it was in the past... The green dip is good, but not as good as it was in the 80's and 90's!!!

I work for DoorDash, and this is the second time I’ve been here! Each person that I talk to always has a nasty attitude!!! and I’m always waiting for 15 to 25 minutes for an order! This place is ridiculous and this location needs to get out of business asap, smh
