The restaurant was beautiful and our waitress Hailey was great. The food was good until I was about to bite my rice and there was a big chunk of multiple pieces of hair that ruined the meal.

Service was fast and the food was hot and good. If I'm ever in the area again I will go back.

Casa Ole is a staple, but our location near our house closed down. Willing to make the drive for the food!

Food blast from my past as I always enjoyed eating here growing up with my mother and family. Food tastes the same as it did the first time I ate there if not better.

Maybe it was just that the waiter was new so he didn't know how to ring things up and edit orders. Maybe the cook was new too and he didn't know what caramelized onions are. But the manager not giving our Navy soldier a discount because her small appetizer was on oir ticket was too far.

We’ve enjoyed Casa Olé in the past and have had good experiences at another location, so we were looking forward to trying this one. Unfortunately, after picking up our order last night, both my boyfriend and I ended up feeling unwell later that evening. And still do the next morning

We had different meals (I had a burger, and he had a different entrée), but this was the only place we both ate from that day, which was disappointing. That said, the staff at the front were kind and professional, so we don’t believe it was related to the service. It may have just been an off day in the kitchen.

We’re hoping this was a one-time issue, but it has made us a bit hesitant about returning to this location.

Meal rather disappointing.
Wife hurting due to cancer and wanted one of her favorite meals. I drove from Crosby texas to Pasadena texas to pick up us each a Fiesta meal.
Got home to find no utensils and plenty of chips but no red sauce so had to eat dry no flaver tacos. Waitress that took order was very pleasant and professional.

We are constantly sat in the farthest booth. My Mom is handicapped and walking that far is a drain on her.

The food is usually on point, but today, I got seafood queso and the chips they serve with that were thick and smelled of rancid oil.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking is few (2). Handicap areas inside? I was able to wheel my mom out but had to go in a maze around the aisles that had people sitting at tables.

Casa Ole was in baytown when my children were little. I just had to go. The food isn't the same. But it is good.

Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to bell peppers. They are VERY accommodating. Which is so awesome!!!
