Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

So I’m writing as I’m leaving Charley’s. I love Charley’s cheesesteaks but I will not be eating at this location again until they get an employee that can actually understand English enough for basic requests. I asked the attendant at the register to not make my lemonade drink till the rest of my order was made because I had a drive back home with it for my mom and didn’t want the ice to start melting before I even got the food. I told him multiple time “please don’t make this drink yet, please wait till the food is finished” he waitied long enough for me to walk away after placing the order before fixing the drink anyway. Then it turns out he was the one making the food so it hadn’t even been started yet and the drink sat there the whole time. I am so upset by this. If a simple request like this can’t be followed then maybe they need a different employee greeting customers.

Food is always great here! I’m basic so I always get the Philly cheesesteak with everything! Fries were fresh and my sandwich was the right amount of everything. Considering we were served at a busy hour the food and lobby was overall a good experience. The manager took my order and served me very kindly 🫶🏼

The staff quit selling wings and fries almost 30 minutes before closing. They also didn't ask whether I had an app, so I missed out on points on my purchase. I provided feedback to Charley's, but they just sent me a canned response. They didn't even bother to help me with my app points.

I ordered the spicy lemon pepper wings for pick up. They even had it on the receipt. I didn't get them. I got buffalo wings. I recommend you check your food. I believe they knew they sent the wrong item. How could they not?

The staff was welcoming and kind. The place was clean. Prices are a little high and while the food is good quality, it definitely needs some seasoning, it was bland.
