Came in around 5:00pm on a Tuesday to being seated down instantly which was great. Service was spot on offering many cup refills and croissants. To are food shortly coming out fresh. Will come back again.

Always a treat to eat at Cheddars. Each experience with my pickup orders have been slightly disappointing. The food hasn't been hot and I always arrive well before the expected time and once ordered from the pickup location.
Eating in has never been an issue and will likely avoid picking up in the future to avoid the disappointment.

This was more than a meal, this was a dining experience. The food was exceptional, and the waiter Joshua was there to cater mine and my party needs at all times. Kept coming by checking on us and making sure everything was splendid. Will definitely be back. Thanks for more than a dinner.

Should not be one star. Went in for lunch today the 12th of December. Had to wait forever just to get our drinks. Once we ordered it took a while for the food to arrive. Once we got that we were forgotten about. We had to ask for someone to refill our drinks. Funny thing we were just in there last week and I ordered the exact thing which was fish and only got one piece of fish this time. We finally ask the waitress but she gave us the deer in the headlight look. We ask the manager and he could care less. There is lots of restaurants in this area so we will not be coming back to this place or to any Cheddars now. That is a shame because I really liked the fish but when your to busy for my bussiness and the manager doesn't care well we will go to Black Bear Dinner at least they appreciate my bussiness.

Do NOT GO HERE!!! WE ATTEMPTED TO GIVE IT A SECOND TRY BUT THERE WAS STILL HAIR IN THEIR FOOD!!!!!!!
It was disgusting!! I think health services should be called here !!! And the manger supposedly never was told until when we left, EVEN PAID FOR OUR FOOD!! He acted not professional and very laid back , seemed not to be worried about it..smh I hope cooperate sends an investigation cause alot of seniors eat there!!! Don't take your family there!

Honestly was quite good! I was surprised, I've seen them before but just never went and although the menu is nothing unique or really original in a sense, the service is amazing the place is clean and the food is cooked quite well! And the prices aren't bad at all. Definitely like a good place to stop in on a family road trip or something.

So me and my family went there and we had ate and after we left and got home I and my son had throwing up I don't recommend going there AGAIN!!!!!

Tried the Spasagna tonight and it was delish..highly recommend!
The Steak Tips dish was good but it would have been better had the onions been cut evenly and caramelized more

Great service and yummy food!

I love Cheddar’s Sugarland but tried this location but the service and food seem off. First, our server kept getting our order wrong and then when my steak was brought out it was well-done and burnt when I asked for Medium-well.
I notified the server and re-ordered my steak and I must say, I should’ve just declined.
The steak was well-done and dry!
I will stick to the Sugarland location.
