The server was good. But the rest of the food was awful. My coworker and I both felt sick a few hours after eating here for a business lunch.

I had the Cornmeal fried fish with broccoli and cheese casserole and a loaded baked potato. We ordered extra croissants as the meal only came with one per person. I also had a Strawberry margarita.

Dinner was fabulous, had baby ack BBQ ribs n chicken tenders and their famous painkiller. Let me tell you!!! Their carrot cake was amazing, it tastes like no other, was delish.

I love some Cheddars!! But this evening I don’t know what was going on but I placed an online order for the limited time salmon and grilled shrimp meal I paid for extra glaze, they gave me one glaze and some BBQ sauce. Also it comes on a bed of rice. It looks like they took a table spoon of rice and spread it on the bottom of the dish. Then I go to flip the salmon over and they neglected to remove all of the skin off the bottom. Ick! Oh there’s more. I then proceed to find a shrimp tail(not meat) and on French fry buried in my plate. Needless to say I’m disappointed with this. Seems like they were rushing and could care less about customer satisfaction.

We only saw the terrible waiter with no desire to work twice, and the bathroom was disgusting, dirty and smelly.

Everything was good. The prices were excellent. But never order fries to go from restaurants. They do not hold up well if you do not eat them immediately.

On January 7, 2024 at 7pm, we went to Cheddars in Pasadena TX. When I say I would give them a negative 10 stars, I am not exaggerating. They were not busy at all. We were there 2 hours and our server might have come by 4 times. She passed 4 to 5 times and 15-20 minutes before she ever came to take our drink order. We ended up having to call over the manager 3 different times to get our drinks refilled, ask for someone to take our order and for boxes. The service was worse than McDonald's. We just kept sitting there waiting for service that rarely ever came. My boyfriend even had to go order a beer at the bar because after 29 minutes, we still hadnt gotten it. Then when we finally got to order our food, it came out in 15 minutes uses or so. I ordered the 6 oz sirloin that was literally 1/4" thick. Looked like a pan steak. We will never ever step foot in this location again. The service was deplorable. I have never experienced such horrible service.

We are fans of this place until yesterday, and I say this because of the waiter we had, I don't remember his name, he treated us discriminately, I think he didn't like our appearance, it took him a long time to bring the food, he didn't lift the plates, everything piled up. At the table, his attitude towards us was very derogatory and what a pity for him he missed out on a good tip, he did apply the saying of how they see you, they treat you.
