Came through the drive-through to get a shake. Got to the front of the line and watched as all the customers behind me were assisted before me and I was left by myself. I sat in place for over close to 10 minutes at the window while a group of employees stood around and gabbed and giggled. Finally, I heard someone say “what’s he waiting for?” At which point they asked me what my order was. I told them I’d ordered a shake at which point they went ahead and finally made it. Someone needs to talk to the manager at this location. No one is paying attention.

I was having a really bad day and I went to Chick-fil-A on Fairmont Parkway by beltway 8 and upon being asked for my name I gave them Elizabeth However, the gentleman taking my order placed it as Queen Elizabeth and I had no clue I’ve been proceeded to go to the window and I was wondering why everybody was gathered at the window to greet me lol so then I receive my food. I drive off and then before handing the lemonade to my daughter, I realize that there is a sticker of Queen Elizabeth on it, and the gentleman had placed my name under Queen Elizabeth and I had a really good laugh and it made my night and uplifted my mood and I hope that every single one of them has someone who can uplift their mood whenever they’re having a bad day as well. ♥️♥️ Message because this is my exit babe

As a big Chick-fil-A fan this restaurant does not disappoint. The food is good and served fairly quickly. The prices are similar to those of other stores and the customer service is impeccable as always. The only down side is that this place can busy and hence get quite full. Even when it's packed they still manage to serve customers pretty quickly which is something I like a lot about this place. It's also kid friendly and has a small play pen.

I love the grilled chicken salads. Last week I got one with several pieces of wilted brown greens in it. Yuck!

Lizzette in drivethru could not understand a simple order error made initially. Easy solution to only getting 1 meal and 2 were needed was to say, I can order you another meal what drink would you like? And I would have gladly paid for the order. Instead she could not comprehend that the initial order was incorrect and 1 meal was left off. Train your people to problem solve!!!!
