No place better for semi-healthy fast food. It's not the cheapest, but it's genuine chicken and plain good stuff. I don't believe there is a fast food outlet that can top the service and smiles you get at Chik-fil-A. Simple awesome and efficient. Awesome food and cheerful, great people make my visits here awesome. I'll be back soon.

I always use the drive-thru. Make sure you turn where you see the chik-fil-a on the right, or you will have to travel down and u-turn. Service is blazing fast.
This place has really gone downhill and the food has become terribly gross and super greasy. The prices have increased and the customer service has become increasingly bare minimum effort on behalf of the staff. The sandwich I ordered was extremely disappointing and overpriced. We ordered the CFA original sandwich and the 4ct minis with hash browns and the drink was an Iced Mocha coffee. The chicken sandwich was the most disappointing. It was extremely thin, greasy, burned, and hard. The bread (bun) was stale and old. It fell apart the first moment you picked it up and started peeling. The grease needed to be changed that it was fried in ( very obvious ). The iced coffee had about an inch of chocolate syrup just dumped in the bottom of the cup. The chicken minis were cold and the hash browns too greasy to consume. Overall experience was terrible and I don’t recommend this restaurant.

Placed a curbside pickup order and waited about 15 minutes after I arrived. Not the longest I've ever waited, but orders of magnitude longer than the El Dorado store!Vegetarian options: They have salads for y'all non meat eaters.

The workers were friendly and helpful. Our order was correct and very fast.
Awesome food. Everything I've ever gotten here has tasted great.However, it is EXPENSIVE for what you get. I can make a chicken sandwich with one pickle slice at home for about $2. Why am I paying $15 for the same thing here? The culture is also weirdly culty, and the company has done some pretty sketchy things in the past. The whole corporation just puts a bad taste in my mouth, for reasons other than the food.

See the problem? 12 piece nugget, large fries. Only enough sauce for half, didn't realize i need to specify really but i will from now on. Do better for $13 please. I got an 8 piece today at Pasadena location and they put 2 bbq without specifying. Not cashiers fault as I'm sure she is doing exactly what management told her to do at baybrook location.

This place used to feel so warm and peaceful when my family and I would come in for dinners and to see Mr Larry! It’s now remodeled and focused on drive thru and carry out. It’s very sad and depressing to see they changed so much.
