Fast service and great nuggets. We placed our order with a nice lady waiting outside by the menu boaed.By the time we pulled up to the window, our kind of large order was ready and packed.

Ordered a large fry, only got the amount of a small fry in a large box. Ordered through mobile app, this location CONSTANTLY shorts the fry’s on every order. Spicy sandwich was cold also which has happened before also. I waited over 10+ orders that are constantly shorted on fry’s or some other issue before making a negative review.

Such a simple task to fill a fry box and make sure the food is warm. This locations attention to orders is bad representation of the chick fil a brand.

I will not be back to this location.

Edit: after starting to eat it turns out the small amount of frys I did get are cold, and my soft drink tastes like it barely has any syrup in it. Terrible representation of Chick Fil A.

6/22/2023: Having spent $1000+ at this specific chick-fil-a over the past year, it was disappointing that they wouldn’t fulfill my order. I placed a breakfast order online that they wouldn’t fulfill 5 min after 10:30 am. I honestly don’t think I’ll be going back, which is upsetting considering how convenient this location is for me. Needless to say, it’s extremely disappointing. Especially after having no power for the last 12 hours and getting zero sleep. I wasn’t even given any options other than canceling my order after I sat through the line. I screenshot my orders just as proof that I was a regular who always spent at least $30.

9/11/2023: Still never heard from management or from Chick-fil-A. Considering how much I would come here, it’s really not a good look on their part to not even apologize for the incident. Very unprofessional. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else. I added some screenshots of my recent orders just as proof that this location was my go to, and as proof of how often I ate here. It wasn’t uncommon for me to eat here every 3-5 days. Really the lack of apology, as well as making me sit through the line just to be rude at the pickup window is what doesn’t sit right with me. If they had nonchalantly mentioned I was too late, and apologized for it I wouldn’t of thought twice about this incident. But the fact that the dude at the window was so blatantly rude and demeaning was an extreme disappointment. I don’t need everyone to be so polite that it comes off as fake, but just standard human decency. This person was not only impolite, but someone who criticized the time I arrived at, blamed me for everything, and smirked at me demeaningly whilst doing it. I’m not sure if he hates his life, or what his problem with me was, but he certainly didn’t have to take it out on me. A simple apology and human decency was all that was required. I wasn’t looking for anything outside of an apology. I no doubt would’ve come back if I had been given one, but as I said, I still haven’t heard from any manager or anyone from this particular establishment. So, I guess I really won’t ever come back. Just a heads up, but I was the one who ordered online, and regularly picked it up in the drive thru. (Yellow Toyota Supra.) To all the people at this location who’ve showed me nothing but kindness for so long now, I truly thank you. I felt really familiar with many of you, and I won’t soon forget it. This incident doesn’t involve any of you, so please know I only have gratitude for all of you. 99% of the time, everything was great. It was really just that one terrible experience with some new guy I’d never seen before. Godspeed.
