Young lady at the drive thru was very rude and disrespectful to me. I got 2 free ice cream cones and i ordered a 3rd one that I planned on paying for obviously. I simply told her that I was missing an ice cream cone and she started giving me attitude and arguing with me while I’m over here just trying to get my ice cream cone. I never have any problem about fast food places getting my order wrong, i’m very understanding, the attitude is what got me. All the young men in the drive thru were very nice and apologetic, it was just the one girl.

Usually when I come here I’m in the drive through just getting to go but today I wanted family time with my kids and boyfriend. The place was so clean and everyone’s personality was the best. I want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT TO JOANNE I hope I spelled your name right sorry if I misspelled your name. You were phenomenal you kept asking me and my family if everything was okay and if we needed refills you also told us that if our kids didn’t want the toy we can exchange it for a ice cream cone. Thanks for the mints my kids get enjoy them lol you are an angel send from heaven may God bless you and thank you for giving me and my family the BEST experience when dining it.☺️ take care

I want to express how deeply I was touched by the friendliness and thoughtfulness of Ms. Joanna during my visit on December 27, 2024, between 7:15 PM and 7:45 PM at the Chick-fil-A located on Spencer Hwy in Pasadena, right across from Fitness Connection. While I was dining in and enjoying my salad, she greeted me warmly and noticed that I was missing a drink. She kindly offered to bring me a cup of water with ice.
As I was asking the front counter for a bag to take my unfinished meal, Ms. Joanna took the initiative to place my salad in a plastic bag, complete with silverware and napkins. Her actions truly touched my heart! This is what I call top-notch customer service! I felt incredibly special and valued during my visit.
It's no surprise that Chick-fil-A is known for outstanding customer service. Please extend my thanks and acknowledge Ms. Joanna for the exceptional care she provided. She demonstrated this same level of service to everyone in the dining area.
