Food was as expected for a Chili’s. The atmosphere was just fine and what I was looking for when having a meeting over lunch. Service was good as well. Restaurant is well managed.

The service was pleasant, the food was damn good, the drinks were on point the ONE n only complaint is that the booths are a lil cramped, other than that, it's a great n yummy place to eat... maybe order your food to go home n eat in the comfort of your place!

Service was wonderful, but i think there was something wrong with the cheff, we asked for appetitesers & they were wrong, then my boyfriend asked for medium cooked beef & it was well done & dry, I asked for the Ultimate Cajun Pasta, but it didn't even had any chicken & we were charged for the Ultimate Cajun Pasta that's not right or fair, we payed I believe $60 & yet we didn't even get what we asked for, the waitress was wonderful but I believe the cheff wasn't even paying attention on the ticket & it's sad last time I came to chillies it was when I was in a school field trip & I wanted to change that & come more often but this changed my mind after pay so much yet we didn't get what we payed, I believe we should've had payed less since the Ultimate Cajun Pasta was more expensive then the original one, the appetizer was wrong yet we still got charge for yalls mistake really disappointed for the price we payed 💯👌 & yet we still tipped🙌... I took my Pasta home and recook it & still didn't see any chicken 😕...
I NEVER get my cheese pull with the cheese sticks, but this last time was ridiculous. My food was not hot and the cheese sticks were hard. . Other than that everything else is good. Especially the servers !

Had a Double Cheeseburger and the Triple Dipper appetizer(big mouth bites, South Western egg rolls and honey chipotle chicken crispers. Also had the frozen wine. It was so good!

Got sat down quick. Didn’t even get to place an order of drinks nor appetizers in about 30 minutes. Servers didn’t even acknowledge us, they just kept on walking by. Left without even ordering! Such terrible service!!

I have no issues with the food, today I took my family for dinner and after we were sitter for 20 mins the server showed and ask for drinks; it took him 10 more minutes to comeback without drinks. The restaurant was almost empty it was no excuse to just forgot about our table. We just walk away. I'm personally worked as a waitress many years,I learned that sometimes as a costmer we have to be a little by patience when the restaurant it's busy. We used to go to this Pasadena location 3 o 4 times a month, after this bad experience I won't comeback soon.

I came decently far to this location due to the good reviews and I'm glad I did. Chili's got me with the marketing of the 3 for me deal and honestly, that's one of the best "chain" burgers I've had, especially since they cooked it medium as requested. Service wasn't bad but we had some empty drinks for awhile and minimal interaction. Pricing for this meal for quantity and quality was very favorable. I don't usually do restaurants like Chili's, but this experience will likely see me giving it another visit in the near future.
