Chipotle has seriously gone downhill. The servers are rude, and the food is just meh. You have to constantly remind them to give you a normal portion, and even then, they threaten to charge you double. The bowls are uneven, half rice, a sprinkle of protein, and barely any toppings. It’s like they don’t know what a regular serving looks like or how to balance a meal properly. The staff seems lost, the portions are inconsistent, and the food tastes bland lately. For the prices they charge, it’s just not worth it anymore.

Good place to eat if you like Tex-Mex fast food. When I eat at Chipotle I usually order a rap or a quesadilla. The prices are reasonable and the portion sizes are good. At this particular location the service is decent though the cleanliness could be a little bit better.

The food is good but they allow solicitors to hangout outside and bother customers as they come and go. They’ve recently become more aggressive so I’m done eating here.
The food was good I just didn't like how much the sun hits in the building's direction so it makes it hot and annoying even it's in your eyes. The windows have blinds but not much help. Overall, good food and service. Will visit again but late in the evening or just for pick up.

Walked in and out. The counter where food is at was extremely dirty and looked like the food has been sitting there for a long time (everything was pretty much empty) stood there for a good 3 minutes and no one greeted me. 🤢

Cmon chipotle. I understand that to get a refund I have to go through doordash - but I just wanted to post because at the end of the day it is the restaurant’s job.
I ordered a quesadilla through doordash, just chicken and cheese. “Quesadilla” came cold, not from the quesadilla machine or even the regular burrito press. Chicken was cold, the cheese was still most individual, not melted. Wasnt even wrapped like an attempted burrito?
Simply could have refused the DD order or reached out to substitute if there was an issue. Instead of giving this out? Usually dont leave poor reviews but this Chipotle is just always on the decline, continuous downhill service. Just drive to one of the spencer locations, preferably by san jac.

Came to dine in and couldn’t find anywhere to sit where the tables weren’t dirty, people’s left overs were just left there the entire time we were eating super dirty floors the place next to the drinks where lids and forks were at was a mess, if u eat here just eat in ur car at home. I guarantee it will be a mess everytime
