I have had 2 recent bad experiences at this location lately. The first time, I was picking up an online order for my family, and one of my kids' meals was missing, as well as a side/dressing was missing from my wife's meal. The second time, there was a 50-minute delay from my scheduled pickup time to when my food was ready. The reason is they ran out of white rice and had to cook more. I managed to make sure and count I had the correct number of meals before I left which was correct this time, but they still forgot my wife's dressing and they did run out of chocolate milk and had to sub juice for the kids meals. I wasn't really offered any apology for my inconvenience. Not sure I will do any online orders from this location for a long time, if ever. It is the closest location to our home, which is a shame.

Look at that bad boy. Perfectly wrapped, compact and with expertly distributed portions inside. I’ve long been the victim of Chipotle veggie burritos miserably falling apart upon arrival but not today and not at this location! Keep doing what you’re doing ? the guac was great, too! ?

Terrible experience with Chipotle as a whole recently. This location closes at 11, and we were told a little after 9 that they were out of food and they would not be making anymore. I could understand within 30 minutes to close, but 2 hours to close is ridiculous. We ended up putting the order in for to-go, and they made it. I dont know if they specifically didn't want to serve certain people due to the fact that there were people sitting and eating in the restaurant. I had a similar experience with the Fairmont location stating they were out of items but were serving them for the to-go orders. This is truly unacceptable, and I am 100% sure you should take your business elsewhere. This is possibly the single worst review i have ever made since I've become a local guide. I would highly recommend cava as a replacement. It truly feels that they care about their customers!

Today I went in and the following happened...cold food, employees standing around talking while my to go order sat there behind the counter & I had to ask for it, cashier told my sister they were out of chips for dine in but I got chips in my to go order (cashier said they were only giving chips to to go orders for some reason), 3 types of drinks were out, all at dinnertime.

The employees are always super nice, and the food is pretty darn good. I love the steak. Their service is great, and it has a good atmosphere.Dietary restrictions: Good for if you are trying to lose weight or gain weight. Many different options, good choices, and good food.

Idk if the girl that served me was new, but she served everything from the top instead of stirring it, so when I ate, nothing was warm, and I had to dig around to find pieces of chicken, which I normally never do.

The service and food quality has really gone down at this location. A few weeks ago, I stood in line for 15 minutes (they weren’t busy-just slow), and finally ordered a quesadilla. The young lady helping me said she couldn’t make it unless I ordered it online first. I asked to speak with the manager and there was no manager, so a guy came out from the back and said he could make it and said “she didn’t get the memo.” The flour tortilla and cheese was okay, but the chicken was rubbery, the rice was crunchy and the pinto beans had no flavor. I also purchase their chips, queso and quac at least once a week, but the chips have been so stale that they’re inedible. I purchased some yesterday evening, tried to eat a chip and could not chew it-I had to spit it out. I’m not purchasing them anymore. I understand that this is fast food, but it has definitely gone downhill. Perhaps having a manager on location would help.
