Sloppy chicken and attitudes. Extra wait time, 30 minutes after online pick-up time has passed. The guy on chicken duty failed to meet demand. Long line. Bucket of water on customer table with cleaning agents. They had to keep the drive thru window open because man on chicken duty had the place smoking. I will not return here again.

I haven't been to a church's since I left to the military in 2011. Felt really good to stop by and eat at my favorite childhood location. I commend the staff they are nice and it appears they were helpful to the people that were eating there. I highly recommend this place to others that live in the area.

Never again will I order from here. I ordered my food through the drive-tru the chicken was partially itable it was burned as if it was over cooked or sitting under the lamp for a long time. My family and I got sick 🤢 just from the few bites we took.

I am a 65 yr old woman with arthritis on my knees and ankles. I had placed an order but my orka was still cooking. I asked the guys behind the counter to please bring me the okra out to me when it is ready. The place had no customers. When the okra was ready the guys behind the counter told me to get my okra, I asked them if they could bring it to me and one of them responded we are not waiters and the other employee said I can't take it to you, you have to get up and get it. I told him ok, I will leave a not so good review. That is sad how church's chicken treats their customers. Don't expect these employees to help you if you are in need of help or disable.

Ordered my order, picked up and biscuit were missing. Had to drive back to get then and the i was questioned about it! As if I was going to pull the big biscuit heist of Pasadena! Seriously? From now on, dont staple my food because I will check.
Need more church's chicken 🐔 around 😋 reasonable of their prices.

I just came from there and specifically asked the drive thru worker to separate my regular from spicey and only reason I mentioned it cause they did the same crap and had it all mixed in one box. I have children that can't eat it and now we have to pick at the food to figure it out. Next time I'll drive the extra distance just to avoid this.

I’m giving this restaurant two stars because one the chicken was overcooked second of all the biscuits were old. You could tell by the taste. Thirdly, the okra was old. You can tell I have been sitting out for a long time.Last but definitely Not least, because I ordered an eight piece jalapeño bomber, and it was not given to me, even though I paid for it, and when I tried to call the store to tell The manager about it, it went straight to voicemail. Which means customers cannot get in touch with the store. All in all, it was very unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I used to work for churches chicken in Deer Park so I know how the food is supposed to taste and this was not it I’m not sure if I even want to go back to the store ever again.
