Ordered my order, picked up and biscuit were missing. Had to drive back to get then and the i was questioned about it! As if I was going to pull the big biscuit heist of Pasadena! Seriously? From now on, dont staple my food because I will check.

I just came from there and specifically asked the drive thru worker to separate my regular from spicey and only reason I mentioned it cause they did the same crap and had it all mixed in one box. I have children that can't eat it and now we have to pick at the food to figure it out. Next time I'll drive the extra distance just to avoid this.

I’m giving this restaurant two stars because one the chicken was overcooked second of all the biscuits were old. You could tell by the taste. Thirdly, the okra was old. You can tell I have been sitting out for a long time.Last but definitely Not least, because I ordered an eight piece jalapeño bomber, and it was not given to me, even though I paid for it, and when I tried to call the store to tell The manager about it, it went straight to voicemail. Which means customers cannot get in touch with the store. All in all, it was very unprofessional and unsatisfactory. I used to work for churches chicken in Deer Park so I know how the food is supposed to taste and this was not it I’m not sure if I even want to go back to the store ever again.

Made an online order, spent $60. When I pick up I asked if there was any condiments in the bag, she proceeds to tell me if I did not add them in my online order she would not be able to give me any. I let her know there was not an option on the app to add condiments and she said it was not her problem as they have nothing to do with the app. I told her just to give them to me that I would pay for them. She gives me a bag with 3 ketchup, 3 hot sauce and 3 honey. Mind you I have a 20 piece meal. I don’t mind paying if I have too it’s just her attitude towards the customer, I believe she was the manager. Will not be coming back to this location.

Went to drive thru order $23 worth of food , was told to pull up that they will bring order out . Waited almost 20 mins in parking lot . So I went inside to ask about my order and it wasn’t even boxed yet , most likely they forgot .. horrible service let’s put this restaurant out of business

I was told the special came with 10 pcs, cole slaw,, and mash. I paid extra for my mac n cheese. Someone pleese explain why they didnt put my coleslaw in my bag. I called up to store and umable to reach.
This chicken causes diarrhea Shortly after eating one leg of the chicken my stomach started to hurt 24 hrs later it’s still hurting and on and off the toilet same case with my lil brother we had to pick him up from school when I called the restaurant they just said deal with it and said well why tf you bought our chicken they just hang up after pretty sure they chicken have some disease bc no other chicken place has ever caused this but this restaurant and to whoever answered the phone ima make sure you get fired not away to treat a customer I was not trying to make it big deal but since you answered me like that I’m making in a big deal I called the health department and the better business bureau
