Disgusting, dirty store, rude employees. Whoever was working the register 8/29 @ 11 shouldn’t be employed in customer service he was very rude. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen this guy be rude to customers.

I called in to place an order for pickup. I ordered a medium Alfredo pizza and the 8-count cinnamon rolls. The worker on the phone was very short with me and cut me off as I was ordering and just gave me a total. The total sounded off, so I went to the website to check the prices, and it seems he added the full size cinnamon rolls, not surprising since he cut me off. Whatever, a mistake was made, but I wanted to fix it, so I called back. I repeated the order and he said he put in the full order for cinnamon rolls. I asked if we could change it to the 8 count and he said “what?” Like it was a weird request? I repeated myself and after a moment of silence, he gave me a new total, which sounded right this time, so I said okay, thank you so much, though I don’t think I even finished my sentence before he hung up on me. I was tempted to call back and cancel the order, or even just not show up to pick it up. And then of course, I go to pick it up, and the worker at the counter speaks to me like I’m not supposed to be there. The food was okay, but not worth the hassle and attitude from the worker.

By far the smallest cicis pizza I've ever been to not the proper building to hold a cicis little to no room for games that were right besides the bathrooms. Bathrooms as well were disgusting salad bar was small and pitiful spinach was soggy and old. Pizza was decent a step above lil Ceasars as usual, but even though its been a while since I've been to a cicis I'm not going to let this location ruin my overall view and experience in previous locations throughout the south. Wouldn't recommend this one at all!

As all the other comments say the manager is rude , unprofessional & shouldn’t be a manager , he doesn’t know how to talk to customers & acts like he don’t even want to be there … I wish I could just get my money back because the service was trash and plates weren’t even clean !!! They still had cheese on one of the plates I got !!! I wish I can rate this place a 0 !!!!!

We walk in around 825-830 and the manager told us that they close in 30 minutes, I was like Google says 10pm, he was like my door says 9pm! I showed him my phone and he was like they must have our times mixed up with the Pasadena store! I understand that it is closing time, but you see people coming in to the restaurant, that means business and money plus it’s summer break for kids. Plus there wasn’t a lot of pizza’s on the line, no cheesy bread, low on desserts, to me the manager didn’t want hear what I had to say about Google! His demeanor was not friendly. I will not be going again to this restaurant.

Horrible just horrible & disgusting! I am so shocked at how bad this place has gotten recently. My family & I used to enjoy going here Sundays after church & it has literally gone down the drain within the past few months. Not sure if it’s management of staff but I did notice that the friendly man that used to be there is no longer there & it’s bad now. We arrived around 11:30. Usually there’s not a lot of pizza on the line because it’s early & I expect that but today they had so much pizza sitting out for who knows how long & even under the table on warmers & let me just say it wasn’t fresh. It tasted nasty. I asked for fresh pizza but they just brought out was underneath the table. The salad bar was not appealing at all. Very dry & brown lettuce. The croutons were very soft & not good. Now the worst part of it. The restrooms was FILTHY!! I must apologize for the pictures I’m posting because they are nasty but this is so the owners can see what I had to deal with as I was there. I understand they get used & dirty but this was disgustingly aweful. I went & talked with the guy that looked like a manager & spoke with him on the side so nobody else had to hear me but it didn’t work. I explained to him that the restroom was really dirty & needed to be clean immediately because it was very specific kind of nasty. So I trusted that he would take care of it as he said he would. Well I went afterwards & it was still the same. I went & spoke to him again & he basically stated it was his first day & the building has issues. Crazy because we’d been going for months & didn’t ever notice such nastiness. They then proceeded to just close the restroom with a sign stating it was out of order. Why didn’t someone glove up & clean it? Because it was nasty!! I seen that & ate at this place. It was horrible. So much so that I decided I will share it here so the owners can actually see & know how nasty this was. Worst experience ever of my life!! I hope they get better but something really needs to be done about this.

Did the $5.99 Special for the Buffet. Nothing spectacular. Average pizza & salad bar. Went during lunch. I beat the crowd in by a few minutes but the pizza was dry; too much time under the light. As I sat there, the lunch crowd came in and the staff under estimated that. There was a line & NO pizza. So, when the pizza's began coming out 1 at a time, it would clear out. So, it really wasn't all you can eat unless you were planning to hang out. Most people are on lunch so can't wait. I posted a pic of my salad only as there was no pizza. I got lucky & a fresh pan of the cinnamon rolls came out & that was delicious. However, i could have gone to a bakery, for desert. Bottom line, i would Not return unless there is another special price & I pick a different time and do a made to order pizza.

came on a Tuesday because the other one on Spencer was out the door but honestly wish i just waited. There was no pizzas ready. The noodles were gross and oily, The Alfredo sauce was super watery. The tables were not clean. There was a full house and only 3 employees. And they kept making the weirdest combinations of pizza. And the place is over all dingy had a moldy piece of ceiling tile drip on me. This location is always a horrible experience I will for sure not be coming back.

We came here at 8:15 PM Matthew welcomed us with a great smile and energy . He let us know they would be closing at 9 PM but we were more than welcome to order specialty pizzas and wings still. We did . He was taking care of EVERY single customer walking in the door , along with pizza , salad bar , restocks of plates and bowls , specialty foods and made sure we were all good. I’d like to acknowledge his contribution and services this day because little did he know my daughter hadn’t been able to eat in a while do to her tooth. So he made this trip to Cicis Pizza one to remember . Thank you Matthew . We will drive across Houston just to come back to this specific Cicis Pizza . Food was fresh , restaurant was Clean and atmosphere was great.
