I got Charged for my 1 year old son. Absolutely no pizza on the buffet. The ice machine didn’t work and the drinks were all flat. The store is disgusting aka dirty. The plates were piled up and dirty. I asked The manager for soup and he said 15min which never made it to the buffet. Not to mention the manager just stood there with no expression on his face. He looked like he doesn’t like his job. Overall this place has gone down hill. My family has been coming for 7 years and every time this manager is here, we get the worst service.

Its been awhile since Ive been to Cicis honestly. This is nothing special really. You standard Cicis pizza joint just like i remembered. Basic food and drinks, clean a few arcade machines for the kids but thats about it. Pizza was very....Cicis lol
The place atrocious and it was nasty the tables weren’t cleaned and the owner was being very prejudice to me as a 16 year old had a problem as soon as I walked in me and my friend has the extract same clothes in and told me to cover up then kicked me out I’ve never been to cici pizza and this WILL BE MY LAST.

place closes at 10pm, got there around 8:40 and they told us that that buffet was closed for the night so what was out is all they have ….. said okay and walked out. very unprofessional people and

This place is ridiculous. We love cici's but every time we come to this location, the manager looks so sad to be there. The pizzas are old and crusty. I literally scooped up a gross old pizza and tossed it so they would make a fresh one. This manager, poor guy needs a new job.

If you're looking for a cheap way out for the family, this definitely is that. Quality is not their concern but the kids were ok with the pizza. The games were the worst ever, total rip off, at least they could make it to where the kids could win occasionally. Oh well, it's not like I had high hopes for this place lol.

We spent over $80 and there was no ice. We asked them if we could have ice and he said,"it's because the ice machine is too full" well we just witnessed him put 4 buckets of ice in the VERY EMPTY ice machine. It's not even busy in here to just brush us off like that.....
